APROBADA: 9-8-18<\/p>\n

El parque automotor de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce se encuentra en malas condiciones para el uso diario en la Ciudad y al rededores; y en inmediaciones del galp\u00f3n Municipal existen veh\u00edculos rotos y existencia de chatarra, lo que conlleva la suciedad y ocupa espacios que ser\u00edan de gran utilidad para otros veh\u00edculos en buen estado.<\/p>\n

El Honorable Concejo Deliberante tiene el deber de cuidar el medio ambiente y la salubridad de su poblaci\u00f3n, es por ello que mediante la Pieza Legal aprobada el Cuerpo de Ediles solicit\u00f3 al Sr. Intendente Municipal informe a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que corresponda los puntos que a continuaci\u00f3n se detallan:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Tipo de chatarra en desuso.<\/li>\n
  2. Toneladas aproximadas disponibles de chatarras en predios municipales.<\/li>\n
  3. Lugar f\u00edsico de chatarra inventariada.<\/li>\n
  4. Estados de veh\u00edculos en desuso y descripci\u00f3n, por unidad deteriorada y elementos faltantes en cada veh\u00edculo.<\/li>\n
  5. Justificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, avalada por un especialista (Jefe de Taller).<\/li>\n
  6. Inconveniencia econ\u00f3mica para la reposici\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Los pedidos de informes deben ser contestados en un plazo no mayor a los diez (10) d\u00edas, seg\u00fan lo estipulado en\u00a0 el Art\u00edculo 71\u00ba inc. 10\u00ba de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades N\u00ba 1079.<\/p>\n
