Siempre se han realizados solicitudes y pedidos de rutas a\u00e9reas pero nunca se realiza un estudio formal de mercado e intenci\u00f3n de utilizaci\u00f3n de las rutas para determinar la que mejor se adapte a la necesidad del Departamento manteniendo la relaci\u00f3n costo\/beneficios social.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma el Cuerpo de Concejales mediante la pieza legal aprobada, solicita al Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Malarg\u00fce (PEM) realice un estudio de intenci\u00f3n de potenciales usuario de una l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea a cualquier parte del pa\u00eds (Estudio de mercado), poniendo relevancia en la l\u00ednea Malarg\u00fce-Mendoza y Mendoza-Malarg\u00fce.
