{"id":10401,"date":"2018-08-24T10:11:30","date_gmt":"2018-08-24T13:11:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=10401"},"modified":"2018-08-27T12:11:56","modified_gmt":"2018-08-27T15:11:56","slug":"concejales-aprobaron-la-ordenanza-que-regula-la-produccion-porcina-local","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=10401","title":{"rendered":"CONCEJALES APROBARON LA ORDENANZA QUE REGULA LA  PRODUCCI\u00d3N PORCINA LOCAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%201942%202018%20%20Regularizacion%20de%20establecimientos%20dedicados%20a%20la%20cria%20y%20comercializacion%20de%20%20porcinos.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7950 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"92\" height=\"92\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 92px) 100vw, 92px\" \/><\/a>PIEZA LEGAL: ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.942\/2.018<\/p>\n<p>REFERENCIA:\u00a0 REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE ESTABLECIMIENTOS DEDICADOS A LA CR\u00cdA, RECR\u00cdA, ENGORDE Y COMERCIALIZACI\u00d3N DE \u00a0PORCINOS.<\/p>\n<p>AUTOR :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/fernando.glatigny\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONCEJAL FERNANDO GLATIGNY \u2013 BLOQUE CAMBIA MENDOZA<\/a><\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 02-08-2018<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Aprobado por unanimidad en el Concejo de Malarg\u00fce, el proyecto por medio del cual se regularizar\u00edan establecimientos dedicados a la cr\u00eda, recr\u00eda, engorde y comercializaci\u00f3n de\u00a0 porcinos.<\/div>\n<div>De acuerdo con el concejal\u00a0 autor del proyecto, Sr Fernando Glatigny,\u00a0 el objetivo es la implementaci\u00f3n de normas de higiene, salubridad y ubicaci\u00f3n que rijan esta producci\u00f3n de manera sustentable y adecuada a las actuales condiciones de crecimiento urban\u00edstico evitando contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental preservando nuestro ecosistema y recursos naturales, proh\u00edendo entre otras\u00a0 la tenencia de porcinos bajo la modalidad de cr\u00eda, recr\u00eda, engorde y comercializaci\u00f3n de manera familiar.<\/div>\n<div>De igual manera el autor del proyecto, indic\u00f3 que \u201cla actividad productiva deber\u00e1 implementar los recaudos necesarios en lo referido a aspectos sanitarios que propendan a resguardar la misma en todo el proceso entendi\u00e9ndose cr\u00eda, recr\u00eda y engorde de porcinos<\/div>\n<div>Asimismo, en lo ateniente a potenciales contaminaciones tanto de suelo, aire y agua, que pudieran perjudicar en adyacencias a su emplazamiento, los establecimientos productores deber\u00e1n instalarse en sectores compatibles a su normal desarrollo sin afectaci\u00f3n para con el medio ambiente, viviendas, etc.<\/div>\n<div>De esta manera el Concejo de Malargue en uso de las facultades que le son propias, aprob\u00f3 la ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.942\/2.018, que se aplicar\u00e1 a\u00a0 todo establecimiento cuya actividad principal o secundaria est\u00e9 relacionada con la cr\u00eda, recr\u00eda, engorde y comercializaci\u00f3n de porcinos, los que deber\u00e1n contar previamente con la Habilitaci\u00f3n otorgada por la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce<\/div>\n<div>Seg\u00fan lo establece la pieza legal aprobada ser\u00e1 la Secretaria de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica,\u00a0 la encargada de calificar la viabilidad a partir de la zonificaci\u00f3n municipal la factibilidad de instalaci\u00f3n. En caso de que a un establecimiento &#8211; zona rural-, se le emplacen en sus cercan\u00edas otras instalaciones productivas, industriales o cualquiera sea su actividad,\u00a0 la Ordenanza determina que la prioridad ser\u00e1 para el que haya hecho su asentamiento en primer lugar.<\/div>\n<div>La Autoridad de Aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza aprobada el pasado 2 de agosto, ser\u00e1\u00a0 el Departamento de Veterinaria y Zoonosis, quien deber\u00e1 controlar e inspeccionar sin previo aviso los emprendimientos en los cuales se desarrolle la actividad de cr\u00eda de cerdos con fines comerciales.<\/div>\n<div>Respecto a las prohibiciones y sanciones, la Ordenanza\u00a0 establece que bajo el incumplimiento de las disposiciones por los propietarios de las instalaciones destinadas a la crianza de cerdos, cualquiera sea su categor\u00eda, har\u00e1 a los mismos pasibles de las sanciones como\u00a0 Apercibimiento; Multas, que ser\u00e1n impuestas por la Direcci\u00f3n de Rentas Municipal, con importes equivalentes a 50 y 100 litros nafta s\u00faper.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Marcia Sepulveda \/\/ Prensa HCD<\/div>\n<div>Foto:\u00a0https:\/\/www.sruralrc.org<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.942\/2.018 REFERENCIA:\u00a0 REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE ESTABLECIMIENTOS DEDICADOS A LA CR\u00cdA, RECR\u00cdA, ENGORDE Y COMERCIALIZACI\u00d3N DE \u00a0PORCINOS.
