EN UN TODO DE ACUERDO A LA ELABORACI\u00d3N, DICTAMEN DE COMISI\u00d3N Y SANCI\u00d3N DEFINITIVA DE LA ORDENANZA N\u00b0 1.944\/2018.<\/p>\n<p>AUTOR:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/paola.paleico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONCEJAL PAOLA PALEICO \u2013 BLOQUE CAMBIA MENDOZA\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 30-08-2018<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>En el marco de la 22\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, llevada a cabo el d\u00eda jueves 30 de agosto y teniendo en cuenta la preocupante y desacertada interpretaci\u00f3n hecha por algunos medios period\u00edsticos provinciales al contenido y verdaderas pretensiones de la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1.944\/2018, emanada del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce, los Concejales\u00a0 Rodolfo Cabeza, Ra\u00fal Rodr\u00edguez (Bloque Justicialista FPV), Paola Jofr\u00e9, (Somos Mendoza) Daniela Favari (Bloque Partido Justicialista) Paola Paleico, Juan Manuel Ojeda, Mauricio Mart\u00ednez, Mart\u00edn Palma (Bloque Cambia Mendoza) y\u00a0 presidiendo la Sesi\u00f3n, el Concejal Fernando Glatigny. aprobaron de forma un\u00e1nime una Pieza legal con car\u00e1cter de Declaraci\u00f3n N\u00ba 224\/2.018,\u00a0 mediante la cual\u00a0 RECHAZARON las expresiones period\u00edsticas que muestran de manera irresponsable Honorable Cuerpo legislativo en contra de las normativas constitucionales y expresadas en el C\u00f3digo Penal de la Naci\u00f3n, en lo referido a la interrupci\u00f3n del embarazo. En un todo de acuerdo a la elaboraci\u00f3n, dictamen de Comisi\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n definitiva de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 1.944\/2018.
