Los concejales de Malarg\u00fce dieron aprobaci\u00f3n por unanimidad a la Resoluci\u00f3n que solicita al Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia regularice cargos profesionales y no profesionales en el Hospital Regional Malarg\u00fce. Se trata de un proyecto presentado por el Concejal Juan Manuel Ojeda del bloque Cambia Mendoza.<\/p>\n

Elevado al cuerpo el 23 de agosto del corriente, la Resoluci\u00f3n detalla que el Hospital Regional Malarg\u00fce es el nosocomio centro asistencial de mayor complejidad que posee el Departamento, con m\u00e1s de 40 prestadores de servicios en total en el nosocomio entre servicios de enfermer\u00eda, laboratorio, rayos, quir\u00f3fano, Obstetras y dem\u00e1s servicios que hacen al normal desempe\u00f1o y funcionamiento del Hospital Regional; hospital que fuera reestructurado hace poco tiempo a nivel edilicio pero no nivel de cargos y profesionales. A su vez, en referencia a los cargos de personal, resalta que el Hospital Regional Malarg\u00fce ha sufrido a lo largo de la historia la eliminaci\u00f3n de los mismos por distintos motivos, jubilaciones, traslados y dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

La pieza legal en cuesti\u00f3n destaca la problem\u00e1tica que posee el Hospital Regional Malarg\u00fce de falta de presupuesto y de falta de planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, lo que se ha dado a lo largo de los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os, todo cuanto se ve reflejado tambi\u00e9n en empleados en prestaci\u00f3n de servicio, que deben asumir los costos impositivos, de seguros por ART y Mala Praxis y dem\u00e1s quitando as\u00ed derechos propios del empleado y generando un esquema de inestabilidad laboral para el desarrollo del servicio sanitario en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n

Por todo ello y teniendo en cuenta que desde el Concejo Deliberante municipal se considera importante analizar y generar el diagn\u00f3stico pertinente a fin de lograr la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del recurso humano, no solamente en la formaci\u00f3n del cargo sino del desarrollo de forma permanente, al menos en los servicios de enfermer\u00eda, quir\u00f3fano, laboratorio, obstetricia, entre otros, el Cuerpo de Ediles aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 409\/2.018.<\/p>\n

Mediante el texto aprobado el pasado 13 de septiembre, el Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce solicit\u00f3 al Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia de Mendoza, incluya partidas presupuestaria en el Presupuesto 2019, para el Hospital Regional Malarg\u00fce, a fin de generar los cargos de profesionales permanentes en el nosocomio, para el normal funcionamiento, en los servicios de Enfermer\u00eda, Rayos, Laboratorio, Quir\u00f3fano y dem\u00e1s servicios elementales.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s forma parte del articulado solicitar al Solicitar al Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia de Mendoza, mantenga de forma permanente los cargos en los distintos servicios y de forma paulatina durante el a\u00f1o 2018 y 2019 genere los cargos faltantes para regularizar la situaci\u00f3n de los distintos profesionales que se encuentran en prestaci\u00f3n de servicio en lugar de planta permanente.<\/p>\n
