N\u00ba 4.481-HC 285-2018, un proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n presentado el pasado 13 se septiembre por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/daniela.favari.92\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Daniela Favari<\/a> Concejal del Bloque Justicialista, mediante el cual se solicitar\u00eda al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial la urgente reglamentaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"http:\/\/gobernac.old.mendoza.gov.ar\/boletin\/pdf\/20160421-30102-normas.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ley Provincial N\u00ba 8.846 (Fondo Especial de Compensaci\u00f3n para Productores Ovinos y Caprinos afectados por la Depredaci\u00f3n de Carn\u00edvoros Silvestres)<\/a>, aprobada el 22 de marzo de 2.016.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10399 alignleft\" style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif;\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMGP1788-1-227x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"163\" height=\"214\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/paola.paleico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paola Paleico<\/a>, Concejal del Bloque Cambia Mendoza y Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, fue quien en el marco de la <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/2018\/09\/20\/el-hcd-llevo-a-cabo-la-25-sesion-ordinaria-aprobando-piezas-legales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">25\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Concej<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/2018\/09\/20\/el-hcd-llevo-a-cabo-la-25-sesion-ordinaria-aprobando-piezas-legales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">o Deliberante<\/a> inform\u00f3 de la convocatoria realizada y expres\u00f3 \u201cEntendemos que hay una especie de ruido respecto de la ley que\u00a0hemos pedido que se reglamentara.<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Aparentemente algunos de los representantes de crianceros no est\u00e1 tan de acuerdo por las condiciones que se les impone\u201d, expres\u00f3 la Edil y agreg\u00f3 \u201cNos parecer\u00eda interesante que trabajemos en sinton\u00eda todos juntos, para sacar la mejor pieza legal y, si hay algo que modificar, en todo caso que se haga antes de la reglamentaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hasta el momento la Lic. Silvina Camiolo y la Lic.
