San Mart\u00edn en las calle Napole\u00f3n Uriburu y Francisco Inalic\u00e1n y que los usos y costumbres constituyen una fuente del derecho, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce en uso de las facultades que le son propias aprob\u00f3 la<a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/on%201948%202018%20Autorizase%20el%20estacionamiento%20vehicular%20sobre%20mano%20izquierda%20de%20diferentes%20arterias%20de%20la%20ciudad%20de%20Malargue.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.948\/2.018<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mediante la Ordenanza se autoriz\u00f3 el estacionamiento vehicular sobre el costado izquierdo de las calles Napole\u00f3n Uriburu (entre Saturnino Torres y Comandante Rodr\u00edguez), Francisco Inalic\u00e1n (entre Avda. San Mart\u00edn y Emilio Civit), Comandante Salas (entre Avda. San Mart\u00edn y Adolfo Puebla) , Napole\u00f3n Uriburu (entre Fray Luis Beltr\u00e1n y Gral. Villegas) y Manuel Ruibal (entre Avda.
