Teniendo en cuenta que la UNESCO establece un importante marco legal que propicia el rescate, revalorizaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n del Patrimonio Cultural Intangible Latinoamericano y mundial y considerando que el trabajo hecho para editar el libro de recopilado \u201cEl Indio F\u00e9lix Ain\u00f3 – Memorias en la Penumbra\u201d, fue realizado por el Profesor Ernesto Nito Ovando, mediante la metodolog\u00eda que propone la Historia Oral siguiendo los marcos te\u00f3ricos de rescate de PCI establecidos por la UNESCO, el Cuerpo de Ediles aprob\u00f3 la DECLARACI\u00d3N N\u00ba 231\/2.018.<\/p>\n

Mediante el texto aprobado, iniciativa de la Edil Paola Jofr\u00e9, se declar\u00f3 de Inter\u00e9s Cultural, Hist\u00f3rico y Educativo el Libro F\u00e9lix Ain\u00f3; Memorias en la Penumbra.<\/p>\n
