VICTORIA<\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 04-10-2018<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>El 4 de octubre p.p en el marco de la 27\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, el Concejo Municipal aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad una nueva resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0 municipal de tenencia responsable de fauna urbana y control sobre perros peligrosos.<\/div>\n<div>El proyecto aprobado pertenece a la Concejal mandato cumplido, Marina La Rosa, quien en el a\u00f1o 2016 tambi\u00e9n trabaj\u00f3 en un proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0 (<a href=\"https:\/\/prensahcdmalargue.blogspot.com\/2016\/10\/el-hcd-solicito-al-departamento.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3n 491\/2016<\/a>) mediante el cual se\u00a0 solicit\u00f3 el cumplimiento a los objetivos del Decreto Nacional N\u00ba 1088\/11 y los t\u00f3picos especificados en la <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%201754%202014%20Control%20etico%20de%20fauna%20urbana%20y%20tenencia%20responsable%20de%20animales%20domesticos.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordenanza N\u00ba 1.754\/2.014.\u00a0<\/a><\/div>\n<div>La <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%201754%202014%20Control%20etico%20de%20fauna%20urbana%20y%20tenencia%20responsable%20de%20animales%20domesticos.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordenanza N\u00b0 1.754<\/a>, aprobada en el a\u00f1o 2.014,\u00a0 tiene por objeto profundizar el control \u00e9tico de la fauna urbana, la tenencia responsable, los requisitos para transitar por la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, cuidado, protecci\u00f3n y control de animales dom\u00e9sticos, especialmente en lo que tiene que ver con la salud p\u00fablica.<\/div>\n<div>La pieza legal, busca que se aplique la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, con el fin de evitar accidentes y\u00a0 mejorar la convivencia pac\u00edfica de la poblaci\u00f3n y tiene su fundamento en el marcado crecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n de perros potencialmente peligrosos y en las denuncias formuladas ante diversas dependencias (Bromatolog\u00eda Municipal, Polic\u00eda de Mendoza, Hospital Regional Malarg\u00fce, entre otros) por parte de vecinos que han sido atacados por perros,<\/div>\n<div>Por todo ello, el Cuerpo de Concejales\u00a0 reiter\u00f3 la solicitud al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal para que desde el \u00c1rea y\/o Departamento que corresponda aplique la legislaci\u00f3n vigente sobre tenencia responsable de la fauna urbana y control sobre perros\/canes considerados peligrosos\u00a0 por sus antecedentes, comportamiento o raza para que circulen por la v\u00eda p\u00fablica con correa y bozal (<a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%201754%202014%20Control%20etico%20de%20fauna%20urbana%20y%20tenencia%20responsable%20de%20animales%20domesticos.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordenanza N\u00ba 1.754\/2014<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/prensahcdmalargue.blogspot.com\/2016\/10\/el-hcd-solicito-al-departamento.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 491\/2016<\/a>).<\/div>\n<div>Adem\u00e1s el Ejecutivo Municipal deber\u00e1 realizar Campa\u00f1as de Concientizaci\u00f3n anuales sobre la tenencia
