{"id":12222,"date":"2018-10-18T08:46:39","date_gmt":"2018-10-18T11:46:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=12222"},"modified":"2018-10-18T08:46:39","modified_gmt":"2018-10-18T11:46:39","slug":"en-malargue-se-sancionara-a-quienes-tengan-comercios-clandestinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=12222","title":{"rendered":"EN MALARG\u00dcE SE SANCIONAR\u00c1 A QUIENES TENGAN COMERCIOS CLANDESTINOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.959\/2.018<a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%201959%202018%20Modificar%20la%20Ordenanza%20N%201262%202005%20en%20su%20Articulo%208.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"no-display appear alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 116px) 100vw, 116px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>REFERENCIA:MODIFICACI\u00d3N DE ORDENANZA PARQUE INDUSTRIAL MALARG\u00dcE.<\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 11-10-2018<\/p>\n<p>El 20 de septiembre p.p, el Ejecutivo Municipal envi\u00f3 al Concejo una nota \u00a0solicitando tratamiento de reincorporaci\u00f3n y puesta en vigencia el Art\u00edculo 8\u00ba de la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1.262\/2.005 -procedimiento de habilitaci\u00f3n comercial- pieza legal que fuera \u00a0derogada en Ordenanza Tarifaria del a\u00f1o 2.013.<\/p>\n<p>Tras el an\u00e1lisis y estudio correspondiente en la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda y adecuando la norma municipal a exigencias de normas provinciales como nacionales, el Cuerpo de Ediles aprob\u00f3 la reglamentaci\u00f3n para los comercios clandestinos con \u00a0las modificaciones impulsadas por el Ejecutivo Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo todo infractor (existencia de actividad comercial sin la habilitaci\u00f3n comercial pertinente constatada por la comuna) ser\u00e1 emplazado en el t\u00e9rmino perentorio de 10 (diez) d\u00edas a iniciar el del tr\u00e1mite de habilitaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la norma una vez vencido el plazo y en caso de no cumplir el infractor con el inicio del tr\u00e1mite, el municipio \u00a0proceder\u00e1 de inmediato a la clausura total o parcial del comercio y pago de multa.<\/p>\n<p>La ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.959\/2.018 adem\u00e1s establece que el Departamento Ejecutivo\u00a0ser\u00e1 la Autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n de las sanciones econ\u00f3micas establecidas, las que oscilan entre el 50% y 100% de los valores determinados en la Ordenanza Tarifaria vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda \/ Prensa HCD<\/p>\n<p>Foto:\u00a0<a class=\"o5rIVb irc_hol i3724 irc_lth\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/losandes.com.ar\/article\/rentas-clausuro-comercios-gran-mendoza-maipu-lujan-678795\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-noload=\"\" data-ved=\"2ahUKEwi-ju7Z84_eAhWEkZAKHf_NCsAQjB16BAgBEAQ\"><span class=\"irc_ho\" dir=\"ltr\">Los Andes<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.959\/2.018 REFERENCIA:MODIFICACI\u00d3N DE ORDENANZA PARQUE INDUSTRIAL MALARG\u00dcE.
