APROBADA: 18-10-2018<\/p>\n

En la Sesi\u00f3n ordinaria\u00a0 del pasado 18 de octubre<\/a>, el Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce aprob\u00f3 la Resoluci\u00f3n que Declara la Emergencia Ganadera, en respuesta a lo solicitado por un Grupo de Puesteros Autoconvocados que expusieron la \u00a0problem\u00e1tica por ataque de depredadores al ganado mayor y menor.<\/p>\n

La pieza legal\u00a0 encuentra su fundamento en la grave situaci\u00f3n que atraviesa el sector ganadero por la falta de lluvias en la zona, generando escasez de pasturas en los campos de la regi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s los ataques de pumas y zorros son cada vez m\u00e1s frecuentes afectando as\u00ed la producci\u00f3n anual.<\/p>\n

Por ello y teniendo en cuenta la numerosa cantidad de peque\u00f1os productores ganaderos del Departamento que siguen adelante con la cr\u00eda de animales y que identifican culturalmente al Departamento con una de las actividades econ\u00f3micas tradicionales, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce en uso de las facultades que le son propias, aprob\u00f3 la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 530\/2.018<\/p>\n

Mediante el texto aprobado y de forma un\u00e1nime los Concejales declararon la Emergencia Ganadera en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce y requiri\u00f3 a la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Ganader\u00eda, gestione las acciones necesarias a efectos de lograr el apoyo log\u00edstico y la gesti\u00f3n de fondos para atender la problem\u00e1tica planteada ante los Organismos y Programas Nacionales y\/o Provinciales que corresponda.<\/p>\n
