Es un \u00a0beneficio para todos aquellos Productores Ovinos y Caprinos cuyo ganado sea afectado por la depredaci\u00f3n de carn\u00edvoros silvestres, perjuicio que han padecido \u00a0productores Malarg\u00fcinos quienes atraviesan una cr\u00edtica situaci\u00f3n en todos los aspectos, acrecentando a\u00fan m\u00e1s la deserci\u00f3n de crianceros en la zona rural del departamento, deteriorando el sentido econ\u00f3mico de subsistencia de esta actividad. Buscan lograr la \u00a0implementaci\u00f3n de medidas que permitan la disminuci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas que afecten a nuestro medio ambiente y principalmente a la fauna silvestre y que a trav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de la Ley N\u00ba 8.846 se pueda contrarrestar las p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas que padecen nuestros crianceros a trav\u00e9s de ataques de carn\u00edvoros salvajes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Fue a trav\u00e9s de un proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n propuesto por la Edil justicialista Daniela Favari<\/a> , que ademas fue acompa\u00f1ado por unanimidad.<\/div>\n
A trav\u00e9s de la resoluci\u00f3n 568\/2.018, aprobada el 25 de octubre<\/a>, los ediles solicitaron al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial la urgente reglamentaci\u00f3n de la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 8.846 \u201cFondo Especial de Compensaci\u00f3n para Productores de Ovinos y Caprinos Afectados por la Depredaci\u00f3n de Carn\u00edvoros Silvestres\u201d.<\/div>\n
Entre los considerandos de la pieza legal se hace alusi\u00f3n a los ataques de animales salvajes en el campo, lo que disminuye a\u00fan m\u00e1s la baja rentabilidad, lo que lleva en ciertas ocasiones a tomar por parte de los productores medidas o pr\u00e1cticas no autorizadas. Todo ello dio lugar a que los Concejales de la Comisi\u00f3n de\u00a0 Hacienda,\u00a0 dieran tratamiento preferencial al proyecto que tomara estado parlamentario el pasado 13 de septiembre en la 24\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria<\/a> y que busca cambiar las condiciones de total vulnerabilidad de\u00a0 la econom\u00eda regional y la producci\u00f3n de subsistencia por la que atraviesa el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce y sus productores.<\/div>\n
En esta misma l\u00ednea, en otro proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n presentado por la Edil Daniela Favari,\u00a0 se solicitar\u00eda al Gobierno de la provincia incluya en el presupuesto provincial 2019 el \u201cFondo Especial de Compensaci\u00f3n para Productores de Ovinos y Caprinos Afectados por la Depredaci\u00f3n de Carn\u00edvoros Silvestres\u201d. Cabe aclarar que este \u00faltimo proyecto (Expte. N\u00ba 4.488\/2018),\u00a0 con el apoyo de todos los Concejales de Malarg\u00fce fue incluido en el orden del d\u00eda de la sesi\u00f3n del jueves 13 de septiembre<\/a> y remitido a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda para que, con tratamiento preferencial, sea analizado y aprobado por los ediles que integran la mencionada Comisi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n
