Calidad de Trabajo; Grado de perfecci\u00f3n, exactitud y esmero de los trabajos ejecutados por el empleado;\u00a0 Iniciativa e inter\u00e9s;\u00a0 Aporte de alternativas para la soluci\u00f3n de problemas, ideas para el mejoramiento del trabajo o soluci\u00f3n de situaciones dif\u00edciles;\u00a0 Relaciones Interpersonales, el trato y la actitud del empleado hacia sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, superiores y clientes externos;\u00a0 Cooperaci\u00f3n y disposici\u00f3n que el trabajador muestre en ayudar a resolver problemas que se presenten en la ejecuci\u00f3n de sus funciones o en la instituci\u00f3n a la que pertenece;
