REFERENCIA: IMPLEMENTAR\u00a0 EL PROGRAMA DE CAPACITACI\u00d3N LABORAL PARA EL \u00a0\u00a0 COMPLEJO\u00a0 HIDROEL\u00c9CTRICO PORTEZUELO DEL VIENTO.<\/p>\n

El Concejo Deliberante aprob\u00f3 la norma en la \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n del mes de octubre. El proyecto iniciativa del Concejal Mauricio Mart\u00ednez (Cambia Mendoza), tom\u00f3 estado parlamentario el pasado 11 de octubre y busca facilitar a los trabajadores malarg\u00fcinos algunas herramientas que les permita prepararse\u00a0 adecuadamente para los tiempos que se avecinan y aportando una mejor\u00a0 oportunidad de inserci\u00f3n laboral\u00a0 en el Complejo Hidroel\u00e9ctrico Portezuelo del Viento.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

El Complejo Hidroel\u00e9ctrico Portezuelo del Viento, proyectado para ser\u00a0 construido sobre el R\u00edo Grande en la Localidad de Las Loicas, Distrito de R\u00edo Grande, Departamento\u00a0 de Malarg\u00fce, ser\u00e1 la obra de ingenier\u00eda civil m\u00e1s\u00a0 importante\u00a0 de la historia de Mendoza. Est\u00e1 prevista la utilizaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente quince mil hect\u00e1reas y una vez puesta en funcionamiento, la hidroel\u00e9ctrica proveer\u00e1 de energ\u00eda al sistema el\u00e9ctrico interconectado, abasteciendo\u00a0 a m\u00e1s de ciento treinta mil (130.000) usuarios requiriendo para ello una inversi\u00f3n estimada en pesos catorce mil (14.000)millones .<\/div>\n
El Llamado a Licitaci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de la\u00a0 mega obra se efectivizar\u00eda el pr\u00f3ximo mes de diciembre, con\u00a0 inicio de su ejecuci\u00f3n para el 2019.<\/div>\n
Portezuelo en el corto plazo,\u00a0 durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras, tendr\u00e1 un impacto\u00a0 dinamizador de la econom\u00eda\u00a0 del sur Provincial, generando no menos de tres mil (3.000) puestos de trabajo de forma directa y unos\u00a0 ocho mil (8.000) de forma indirecta, por ello y con\u00a0 la convicci\u00f3n de que un Estado eficiente, es aquel capaz de anticiparse a los cambios y de accionar\u00a0 para potenciarlos en beneficio de la comunidad, , el Cuerpo de Concejales aprob\u00f3 la ORDENANZA N\u00b0 1.962\/2.018<\/div>\n
La pieza legal aprobada por unanimidad,\u00a0 ordena la implementaci\u00f3n\u00a0 desde Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Empleo y Capacitaci\u00f3n Laboral, del Programa de Capacitaci\u00f3n Laboral \u201cComplejo Hidroel\u00e9ctrico Portezuelo del Viento\u201d, para lo cual deber\u00e1 disponer de un Equipo T\u00e9cnico Profesional que a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis del Pliego de Licitaci\u00f3n de la Obra de construcci\u00f3n del \u201cComplejo Hidroel\u00e9ctrico Portezuelo del Viento\u201d, establecer\u00e1 en los treinta d\u00edas siguientes a la sanci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza, las \u00e1reas de formaci\u00f3n prioritaria a\u00a0 abordar en funci\u00f3n de la demanda potencial de mano de obra.<\/div>\n
Adem\u00e1s el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal deber\u00e1 disponer la asignaci\u00f3n de horas c\u00e1tedras para el dictado de las clases y\u00a0 asignar\u00e1 tareas como capacitadores a los agentes municipales id\u00f3neos para tal fin.<\/div>\n
Los trabajadores que hayan concluido los cursos de Capacitaci\u00f3n y as\u00ed lo soliciten, ser\u00e1n inscriptos por la Oficina\u00a0 de Empleo en el Registro \u00danico de Mano de Obra local calificada para el Complejo Hidroel\u00e9ctrico Portezuelo del Viento, el que ser\u00e1 publicado en la p\u00e1gina web de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/div>\n
Ser\u00e1 el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal\u00a0 el encargado de llevar a cabo todos los actos \u00fatiles y necesarios a los fines de gestionar, con las firmas adjudicatarias y\/o contratistas,\u00a0 el ingreso al plantel de\u00a0 los trabajadores inscriptos en el Registro \u00danico\u00a0 creado por la ordenanza N\u00b0 1.962\/2.018.<\/div>\n
