Tras conocerse los despidos de los trabajadores del Ministerio de Agroindustria de la Naci\u00f3n<\/a>, cartera a cargo del ex presidente de la Sociedad Rural Luis Miguel Etchevehere, el Concejo Deliberante\u00a0 de Malarg\u00fce reunido en su 30\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria<\/a>,\u00a0 aprob\u00f3\u00a0 el proyecto\u00a0 presentado\u00a0 el\u00a0 20 de septiembre pp. por la Edil Paola Jofr\u00e9 (Somos Mendoza) mediante el cual repudi\u00f3 el despido de 548 trabajadores a nivel nacional, de las cuales 34 corresponden a la Subsecretaria de Coordinaci\u00f3n Administrativa, 67 a la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca,\u00a0 447 de la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura Familiar\u00a0<\/a> y 11 trabajadores en Mendoza.<\/div>\n
La pieza legal adem\u00e1s hace menci\u00f3n a que con los recientes despidos sumar\u00edan m\u00e1s de 700 despidos desde el a\u00f1o 2016 en el sector y que\u00a0 incluyen trabajadores con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad y tambi\u00e9n Delegados Gremiales de ATE, \u201clo cual muestra que no hay ley laboral que valga para el Ministro Etchevehere y al Subsecretario de Agricultura Familiar y Desarrollo Territorial Santiago Hardie, de la fundaci\u00f3n Pensar\u201d.<\/div>\n
La Resoluci\u00f3n adem\u00e1s denuncia un recorte presupuestario, el cierre de oficinas provinciales con el fin de\u00a0 evitar gastos de alquiler,\u00a0 oficinas que\u00a0 aun en funcionamiento\u00a0 lo hacen con casi sin trabajadores, sin movilidad, sin beneficios como el caso de\u00a0 Monotributo Social Agropecuario.<\/div>\n

Por ello en este dif\u00edcil contexto econ\u00f3mico para las casi 600 familias de las provincias de Jujuy, Salta, Chaco, Misiones, Corrientes, San Juan, Santiago del Estero, Mendoza, Neuqu\u00e9n, R\u00edo Negro y Chubut, el Cuerpo de Concejales aprob\u00f3 la Pieza legal que lleva el n\u00famero 574\/2.018,\u00a0 y que en su primer art\u00edculo resuelve que el Concejo no solo repudia el cese de los Programas y los despidos llevados a cabo por la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura Familiar de la Naci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s pone en valor el trabajo realizado en la zona rural del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce . En el segundo art\u00edculo solicita a la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura Familiar de la Naci\u00f3n contemple la posibilidad de mantener la continuidad de los Programas en la zona rural. En el tercero, solicita al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal realice los actos necesarios, a fin de garantizar los Programas dependientes de la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura Familiar de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n
