Por ello, el Concejo Deliberante Malarg\u00fce\u00a0 en el marco de la \u00a0\u00fanica sesi\u00f3n de pr\u00f3rroga de este a\u00f1o, aprob\u00f3 al Creaci\u00f3n de un fondo para facilitar el acceso a servicios esenciales de PESOS CUATRO MILLONES ($ 4.000.000), cuyo fin ser\u00e1\u00a0 financiar obras destinadas a la obtenci\u00f3n de servicios b\u00e1sicos (luz, agua y gas) y relevamiento catastral.<\/p>\n<p>Los \u00a0Beneficiarios de la L\u00ednea de Cr\u00e9dito ser\u00e1n Contribuyentes Municipales que no mantengan ning\u00fan tipo de deuda con la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce. Los postulantes deber\u00e1n ser titulares del dominio del inmueble donde se localizar\u00e1 el nuevo servicio y\/o acreditaci\u00f3n fehaciente de derechos presentados ante oficina de Catastro Municipal. La l\u00ednea de Cr\u00e9dito\u00a0 prev\u00e9 \u00a0garant\u00edas las que deber\u00e1n cubrir la totalidad del financiamiento solicitado con m\u00e1s sus intereses, accesorios o gastos necesarios que demande el recupero total del cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>La efectivizaci\u00f3n del pr\u00e9stamo se realizar\u00e1 en Pesos, el importe del cr\u00e9dito no podr\u00e1 superar la suma de PESOS TREINTA MIL ($ 30.000) por persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica, y deber\u00e1 destinarse a Inversiones en Materiales y Mano de Obra para la realizaci\u00f3n de los servicios esenciales, no as\u00ed para la refinanciaci\u00f3n de pasivos ni las inversiones realizadas con anterioridad a la fecha de presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto ante la Autoridad de Aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las solicitudes de financiamiento, previo a su ingreso a Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, \u00a0deber\u00e1n contar con el dictamen de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos.
