INTENDENTE INFORME SOBRE ESTADO AMBIENTAL DE CANTERA CA\u00d1ADA COLORADA REFERIDO A EXTRACCI\u00d3N DE ARCILLA.<\/p>\n<p>AUTOR: CONCEJAL RODOLFO CABEZA \u2013 BLOQUE JUSTICIALISTA FPV<\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 15-11-2018<\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda 1 de Febrero de 2.018, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el contrato de venta de mineral de ARCILLA, de la Cantera Ca\u00f1ada Colorada, propiedad de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce. El d\u00eda 6 de abril de 2.018 el Honorable Concejo Deliberante, toma conocimiento\u00a0 mediante fotocopia del convenio suscrito por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal con la Empresa DYCASA S.A., GREEN S.A, Perales Aguilar S.A &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 U.T.E, para la venta de arcilla que se utilizar\u00e1 para consolidaci\u00f3n de banquinas en el tramo Ruta Nacional N\u00ba 40 El Sosneado. En la cl\u00e1usula 9\u00ba del Convenio de referencia, se obliga a extraer la materia prima en forma met\u00f3dica y ordenada sin detrimento del valor intr\u00ednseco del terreno.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta que los emprendimientos de extracci\u00f3n de minerales comprenden una serie de acciones que producen impactos ambientales, que perduran en el tiempo, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la duraci\u00f3n de las operaciones, el Concejo Deliberante requiri\u00f3 al Sr. Intendente Municipal informe sobre el estado ambiental de la Cantera Ca\u00f1ada Colorada, \u00a0sobre los controles correspondientes realizados en base al convenio suscripto con la Municipalidad y la Empresa DYCASA S.A., GREEN S.A, Perales Aguilar S.A &#8211; U.T.E., sobre Estudio de Impacto Ambiental para la extracci\u00f3n del mineral antes mencionado.<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda \/\/ Prensa HCD<\/p>\n<p>Imagen-\u00a0http:\/\/grupostornini.com\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL:\u00a0RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 627\/2.018 REFERENCIA: REQUERIR AL SR.
