Cuando se lo haga en forma puntual o individual se deber\u00eda tener en cuenta la condici\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, y deber\u00eda planificar desinsectaciones masivas y sistem\u00e1ticas en todos los barrios de la ciudad, previo, realizar un estudio que permita planificar y coordinar con las uniones vecinales.
