Entendiendose a el Programa \u201cCorredor Pincheira\u201d, como una estrategia para el desarrollo de la zona conocida actualmente como camino Pincheira y zonas de influencia.<\/p>\n<p>La importante y excesiva transitabilidad debido a los diferentes sistemas productivos de la regi\u00f3n (ganaderos, mineros, tur\u00edsticos), tales como veh\u00edculos de carga pesada con o sin acoplados, movilidad liviana, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n el traslado de animales de ganado mayor y menor,\u00a0 generan notablemente el deterioro del estado de \u00e9ste camino.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que Malarg\u00fce se proyecta al mundo como un lugar tur\u00edstico, preparado y acondicionado para recibir a los turistas y que se han invertido importantes sumas de dinero del erario\u00a0 municipal para promocionar el turismo, pero hist\u00f3ricamente el problema continua siendo el mal estado de los caminos a puntos tur\u00edsticos, en este caso al Monumento Natural Provincial Pincheira.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13322 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/castillos-de-pincheira-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/castillos-de-pincheira-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/castillos-de-pincheira.jpg 550w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 389px) 100vw, 389px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El 22 de junio de 1999 se sanciona la Ley N\u00b0 6691, por la cual se crea la reserva Castillo de Pincheira y a casi 20 a\u00f1os no se logra resolver de forma definitiva el problema del desarrollo tanto de infraestructura caminera del lugar como el desarrollo de cada uno de los potenciales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Bel\u00e9n Pedernera Ferragut<\/p>\n<p>PRENSA HCD<\/p>\n<p>Imagen Portal de Mza<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1970\/2.018 REFERENCIA:CREAR EL PROGRAMA \u201cCORREDOR PINCHEIRA\u201d EN EL \u00c1MBITO DEL PLAN ESTRAT\u00c9GICO MALARG\u00dcE.
