target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONCEJAL JUAN MANUEL OJEDA \u2013 BLOQUE CAMBIA MENDOZA<\/a><\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 15-11-2018<\/p>\n<p>La \u201cCortina Forestal\u201d, una superficie forestada de aproximadamente 200 ha., afectada al dominio p\u00fablico municipal mediante Ley N\u00ba 8232, Decreto N\u00ba 3223\/2010, se encuentra en una situaci\u00f3n problem\u00e1tica donde los \u00e1rboles se muestran secos, en algunos casos pasmados, cortados, sin hojas, a esto le suma factores externos condicionantes como la constante presi\u00f3n de los vecinos por tala, presencia de equinos, la deficiencia notable en el suministro h\u00eddrico que demandan las cortinas, escasos operarios, poco mantenimiento del camino perimetral e internos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello y con el objetivo de focalizar aspectos centrales en un plan de restituci\u00f3n ambiental que contemple las medidas necesarias con la urgencia que el caso requiere, el Cuerpo de Ediles aprob\u00f3 la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 645\/2.018<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n se declar\u00f3 la Emergencia Ambiental y Forestal de la Cortina Forestal.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa, iniciativa del Edil Juan Manuel Ojeda, \u00a0aprobada el pasado 15 de noviembre \u00a0\u00a0dispuso adem\u00e1s \u00a0la implementaci\u00f3n de \u00a0una guardia permanente de Seguridad Municipal con movilidad para mitigar factores externos condicionantes como la constante presi\u00f3n por tala indiscriminada y presencia de equinos; la Evaluaci\u00f3n \u00a0de las \u00a0posibilidades de adquirir dos motos a fin de generar una log\u00edstica de control; la Creaci\u00f3n de un Plan de Reforestaci\u00f3n anual para el a\u00f1o 2019-2020 a fin de renovar de forma sistem\u00e1tica y planificada el deterioro de la cortina forestal y la Creaci\u00f3n en el presupuesto municipal para el a\u00f1o 2019 de una partida espec\u00edfica para atender las necesidades de mantenimiento que requiera la cortina forestal;<\/p>\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3n de Espacios Verdes ser\u00e1 seg\u00fan lo aprobado por la pieza legal, \u00a0el \u00f3rgano rector del uso de los cr\u00e9ditos asignados en Partidas Presupuestarias del a\u00f1o
