En respuesta a la preocupaci\u00f3n y solicitud de los padres de distintas instituciones: como salas maternales, jardines, espacios de formaci\u00f3n, recreaci\u00f3n y deporte requiriendo para su tranquilidad la capacitaci\u00f3n en primeros auxilios te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica en RCP ante un eventual accidente,\u00a0 se crea el programa \u201dTodos podemos salvar una vida\u201d,\u00a0dependiente del Departamento de Seguridad e Higiene Laboral de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n

En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria llevada a cabo el d\u00eda 11 de abril, y de forma un\u00e1nime se aprob\u00f3 \u00a0la ORDENANZA N\u00b0 1.981\/2.019 , proyecto del Concejal Juan Manuel Ojeda, mediante la cual se orden\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n del Programa \u201cTodos podemos salvar una vida\u201d, el que deber\u00e1 ejecutarse con el personal calificado y con el mu\u00f1eco para practicar RCP, ya existentes en el\u00a0\u00a0Departamento de Seguridad e Higiene Laboral.<\/p>\n

Los objetivos del programa ser\u00e1n: Planificar y establecer cronograma de capacitaciones te\u00f3ricas para Primeros auxilios y te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas para RCP; Difundir diagn\u00f3stico sobre conocimiento y pr\u00e1ctica en RCP y primeros auxilios de los agentes, preexistentes a esta capacitaci\u00f3n y Brindar capacitaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica en RCP y te\u00f3rica en primeros auxilios a Directivos, docentes, empleados de cocina, celadores o personal de tareas generales de las Escuelas Rurales, de los Jardines Maternales, de los Jardines Maternales no municipales; de los Jardines de sala de 4 y 5 a\u00f1os; Directivos, docentes, celadores o personal de tareas generales que desempe\u00f1en funciones dentro de los C.A.E. de Malarg\u00fce; Articulaci\u00f3n con Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas para la implementaci\u00f3n del Programa en los niveles iniciales de Malarg\u00fce y Agentes Municipales de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n

La ordenanza aprobada por el Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce, tambi\u00e9n establece entre otras cosas, que deber\u00e1n realizarse las gestiones necesarias para que dichas capacitaciones te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas en RCP y te\u00f3ricas en primeros auxilios, obtengan puntaje docente.<\/p>\n

Por las capacitaciones Te\u00f3ricas y Pr\u00e1cticas en RCP que ya est\u00e1n brindando , se otorgar\u00e1 una menci\u00f3n especial y certificado al Licenciado en Higiene y Seguridad Sr. Javier Castro, a la T\u00e9cnica Superior en Higiene y Seguridad Laboral Srta. Juliana Benegas y al Licenciado en Enfermer\u00eda Sr. Miguel Ca\u00f1izarez.<\/p>\n
