Llevado a cabo el tratamiento del\u00a0Expte. N\u00ba 5.181\/2018-03 CARBONES Y CARBURANTES MALARG\u00dcE S.R.L, el Cuerpo de Concejales aprob\u00f3 en el mes de marzo,\u00a0 la\u00a0ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1980\/2019\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0mediante el cual orden\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal la redacci\u00f3n de un Contrato entre la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce\u00a0 y CARBONES Y CARBURANTES MALARG\u00dcE S.R.L (https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/2018\/09\/04\/recorrido-por-la-ex-fabrica-grassi-parque-industrial-para-malargue\/#prettyPhoto<\/a>) y estableci\u00f3 un cambio en la figura del mismo ya que el contrato que firme la Municipalidad y Carbones y Carburantes, no ser\u00e1\u00a0 un\u00a0contrato comodato sino un contrato de\u00a0alquiler.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan fundamentos de la pieza leal aprobada, el objeto social ser\u00e1 el de la extracci\u00f3n, venta y comercializaci\u00f3n al por mayor\u00a0 y menor de minerales y productos derivados del carb\u00f3n, permitiendo mostrar el\u00a0potencial\u00a0 de desarrollo que ofrecen las instalaciones de la Ex F\u00e1brica Grassi, ubicada en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n

Por ello\u00a0 y en respuesta a\u00a0 la\u00a0 Sociedad\u00a0 a fin que muchos malarg\u00fcinos obtengan una fuente de trabajo,\u00a0el\u00a0Honorable Concejo Deliberante\u00a0 autoriz\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, a proceder a la redacci\u00f3n\u00a0 de un Contrato a suscribir entre la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y\u00a0 Carbones & Carburantes Malarg\u00fce S.R.L.-<\/p>\n
