La aprobaci\u00f3n se basa en que la Empresa Othala S.A<\/a> es una PYME fundada en el a\u00f1o 2.009, que hoy cuenta con un contrato con la Empresa Petrolera El Tr\u00e9bol, por lo que se le hace necesario alquilar un espacio f\u00edsico para la instalaci\u00f3n de sus talleres, adem\u00e1s es una empresa que tiende a expandirse en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce, contratando mano de obra de la zona.<\/p>\n

El Expte proveniente del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, tomo estado parlamentario el d\u00eda 4 de abril del corriente y tras ser analizado por los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda y presupuesto fue aprobado por unanimidad el pasado 9 de mayo.<\/p>\n

Por todo ello y con el fin de beneficiar a la comunidad de Malarg\u00fce, el Concejo Deliberante aprob\u00f3 la ORDENANZA N\u00b0 1.986\/2.019 y dio acuerdo al Convenio entre Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y la Empresa Othala S.A.<\/p>\n

El convenio consiste en la utilizaci\u00f3n de un galp\u00f3n ubicado en el Ex predio Grassi de esta Ciudad, donde la Empresa Othala S.A. instalar\u00e1 talleres, respetando los lineamientos, obligaciones, c\u00e1nones, etc., propuesto en el convenio.<\/p>\n

El canon mensual de la Locaci\u00f3n fue fijado en un equivalente a Mil litros (1.000 ls) de combustible de mayor octanaje.<\/p>\n
