{"id":15800,"date":"2019-05-27T10:47:22","date_gmt":"2019-05-27T13:47:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=15800"},"modified":"2019-05-27T11:51:49","modified_gmt":"2019-05-27T14:51:49","slug":"el-concejo-solicito-un-resarcimiento-historico-por-la-no-utilizacion-del-gas-en-pozos-de-petroleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=15800","title":{"rendered":"EL CONCEJO SOLICIT\u00d3 UN RESARCIMIENTO HIST\u00d3RICO POR LA NO UTILIZACI\u00d3N DEL GAS EN POZOS DE PETR\u00d3LEO."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la octava sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce, presidido por Fernando Glatigny, se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 131\/2.019 que solicita al Gobierno de la Provincia de Mendoza arbitre los medios necesarios para cuantificar con medidores homologados para tal fin, el gas que se genera en los pozos de petr\u00f3leo del Departamento tanto el que se utiliza para la operatividad del yacimiento como el de venteo; abonar al Departamento de Malarg\u00fce las regal\u00edas correspondientes por gas originadas por el caudal especificado en el inciso 1 del Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba y reconocer y otorgar una compensaci\u00f3n resarcitoria por el mal uso del gas obtenido de los pozos de petr\u00f3leo del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce y la p\u00e9rdida de regal\u00edas durante al menos veinte (20) a\u00f1os.
