El proyecto, pensado e ideado por\u00a0 el Concejal Rodolfo Cabeza y acompa\u00f1ado por el Concejal Ra\u00fal Rodr\u00edguez, integrantes del Bloque Frente Para La Victoria,\u00a0\u00a0tom\u00f3 estado parlamentario el 9 de mayo de este a\u00f1o y tras ser analizado por la\u00a0 Comisi\u00f3n de Obras Publicas fue aprobado por unanimidad.<\/p>\n

En la Pieza Legal aprobada se hace referencia a los cierres perimetrales o alambrados que\u00a0\u00a0personas f\u00edsicas o entidades han realizado en Tierras de Ca\u00f1ada Colorada, ello a pesar de que\u00a0todav\u00eda el Honorable Concejo Deliberante no ha aprobado la escrituraci\u00f3n de las mismas.<\/p>\n

Por ello,\u00a0 el Cuerpo de Concejales de forma un\u00e1nime requiri\u00f3 al Se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal informe si ha autorizado el cierre perimetral o alambrado, entregado acta de posesi\u00f3n o tenencia a personas, entidades no gubernamentales, instituciones p\u00fablicas de tierras Ca\u00f1ada Colorada- ex Tierras Militares.<\/p>\n

De existir tal autorizaci\u00f3n de posesi\u00f3n o tenencia, el Ejecutivo Municipal, deber\u00e1 elevar las respectivas constancias al Honorable Concejo Deliberante.<\/p>\n
