Entre los proyectos aprobados, los concejales ordenaron la regularizaci\u00f3n de velocidad en calle Jorge Newbery, un proyecto cuya autor\u00eda pertenece a la Edil Paola Jofr\u00e9 del Bloque Somos Mendoza.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de los Ediles obedece a la necesidad de regular la velocidad de los veh\u00edculos que circulan por una de las calles que tiene intersecci\u00f3n con una de las Avenidas m\u00e1s importantes de la Ciudad (Avenida Rufino Ortega) y la Ruta Nacional 40; es adem\u00e1s una calle que tiene conexi\u00f3n con los barrios Nahuel Cura, YPF, Belgrano, Cari Lauquen, Sute y Palau Mahuida Dos; una arteria por donde se realiza el desv\u00edo de carga pesada y el acceso principal a la Direcci\u00f3n de Servicios P\u00fablicos de la Municipalidad de Malargue, generando un fluido tr\u00e1nsito de camiones; adem\u00e1s de todo ello,\u00a0 la arteria de referencia no cuenta con una ciclov\u00eda paralela, por lo cual los peatones, ciclistas y veh\u00edculos circulan todos sobre la misma.<\/p>\n<p>De forma un\u00e1nime los Concejales consideraron de vital importancia la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de regularizaci\u00f3n de la velocidad de autos que transitan, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que es la calle donde se observan autos transitar con exceso de velocidad, un factor determinante en casos de accidentes mortales.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo el Departamento Ejecutivo deber\u00e1 colocar sobre calle Jorge Newbery carteler\u00eda indicadora de velocidad Zona Urbana 40 km\/h seg\u00fan Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito de la Provincia de Mendoza.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s el Ejecutivo Municipal, deber\u00e1 solicitar a Polic\u00eda Vial realice controles correspondientes a todos aquellos que no cumplan con lo estipulado en la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito de la Provincia de Mendoza en calle Jorge Newbery.<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda \u2013 Prensa HCD<\/p>\n<p>Foto-\u00a0https:\/\/www.malargueadiario.com\/<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>PDF Pieza Legal \u2013 Ordenanza 1.988\/2.019<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%201988%202019%20%20Regularizacion%20de%20velocidad%20en%20calle%20Jorge%20Newbery.docx.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"no-display appear wp-image-7950 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 78px) 100vw, 78px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" alt=\"\" width=\"78\" height=\"78\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El dia 23 de mayo los ediles llevaron adelante la 10\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria en la que se trataron las distintas propuestas de los diferentes bloques.
