{"id":16667,"date":"2019-07-24T12:05:26","date_gmt":"2019-07-24T15:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=16667"},"modified":"2019-07-24T12:05:26","modified_gmt":"2019-07-24T15:05:26","slug":"el-hcd-solicito-a-autoridades-nacionales-la-disposicion-de-personal-administrativo-para-atencion-en-delegacion-pami-mgue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=16667","title":{"rendered":"EL HCD SOLICIT\u00d3 A AUTORIDADES NACIONALES LA DISPOSICI\u00d3N DE PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVO PARA ATENCI\u00d3N EN DELEGACI\u00d3N PAMI MG\u00dcE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En nuestro Departamento hay numerosos afiliados a dicha obra social y es notoria la escasez de personal para cubrir la demanda de atenci\u00f3n, y diariamente cientos de jubilados buscan un turno, una orden, solicitan un medicamento\u00a0 o simplemente cumplimentar un tr\u00e1mite para poder realizar un estudio m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente la dependencia del PAMI en Malarg\u00fce cuenta con 2 funcionarios (un administrativo y un jer\u00e1rquico), lo cual satura el sistema administrativo dado la gran demanda por parte de los afiliados. Las instalaciones de dicha obra social asisten afiliados con domicilio en la zona rural, considerando las distancias dentro del departamento, hay quienes no llegan en tiempo al sistema de turnos que lleva a cabo la instituci\u00f3n, lo que les significa quedarse en la ciudad con todos los gastos que esto conlleva para ser atendidos el d\u00eda siguiente.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de tener que hacer fila desde las 5:30 a.m. para conseguir un turno, ya que se dan 40 n\u00fameros por d\u00eda, muchas veces no son atendidos como corresponde. Hay que tener en cuenta, que quienes asisten a esta instituci\u00f3n son personas de la tercera edad, que generalmente necesitan de un tipo predisposici\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexible y \u00e1gil.
