En octubre del a\u00f1o 2018\u00a0 el Cuerpo de Ediles toma conocimiento\u00a0 del\u00a0 Expte. N\u00ba 5120\/2018-0<\/a>, mediante el cual Armando\u00a0 Layera Ballofet, apoderado de la Empresa \u201cDesarrolladora del Oeste S.A.\u201d, titular del inmueble registrado bajo Matr\u00edcula N\u00b0 5.276\/19,\u00a0 ofreci\u00f3\u00a0 en donaci\u00f3n a la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce una superficie de terreno.<\/p>\n

En virtud del hecho consumado de la ejecuci\u00f3n y finalizaci\u00f3n de la totalidad de las obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n y la conclusi\u00f3n de todos\u00a0 los tr\u00e1mites administrativos, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante considera oportuno aceptar\u00a0 la donaci\u00f3n\u00a0 efectuada\u00a0 a la Municipalidad de\u00a0 Malarg\u00fce por parte de la Empresa Desarrolladora del Oeste S.A.<\/p>\n

El inmueble esta ubicado en calle El Planch\u00f3n S\/N a 162 metros de la Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 40, con\u00a0 una superficie de una hect\u00e1rea cuatro mil ciento setenta y cuatro con cuarenta y dos\u00a0 dec\u00edmetros cuadrados (1 ha. 4174,42 m2), y una hect\u00e1rea tres mil\u00a0 doscientos cuarenta\u00a0 con cuarenta dec\u00edmetros\u00a0 cuadrados ( 1 ha 3240,40m2) en concepto de calles, ochavas y espacios de equipamientos.<\/p>\n

En la pieza legal se contempla que la\u00a0 donaci\u00f3n del cargo al donante de la\u00a0 construcci\u00f3n de las obras necesarias para la vinculaci\u00f3n\u00a0 y libre acceso de la calle N\u00b0 4 Sur\u00a0 a la calle\u00a0 El Planch\u00f3n, dichas obras deber\u00e1n contar\u00a0 con la vista\u00a0 previa de la Municipalidad\u00a0 de Malarg\u00fce, Departamento Gral. de Irrigaci\u00f3n o cualquier otra Instituci\u00f3n que tenga injerencia en tal obra.<\/p>\n

El Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal deber\u00e1 realizar los\u00a0 actos administrativos y jur\u00eddicos que resulten\u00a0 necesarios para la constituci\u00f3n y posterior inscripci\u00f3n del dominio de la fracci\u00f3n donada a favor\u00a0 de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n
