Una nueva sesi\u00f3n del Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce se llev\u00f3 a cabo el 18 de julio p.p<\/a>. , donde fue aprobado el proyecto de reducci\u00f3n del importe de tasas municipales, autor\u00eda de la Edil mandato cumplido Graciela Viollaz y que busca mitigar el impacto frente a los crecientes reclamos que en los \u00faltimos meses se vienen produciendo desde distintos sectores que necesitan acceder a puestos de trabajo y a los despidos que a nivel provincial se han producido.
\nPor ello y teniendo en cuenta que la p\u00e9rdida del empleo en distintos sectores dentro del Departamento, sumado a las grandes ventajas que ofrecen los comercios del pa\u00eds trasandino, entre otros aspectos, impacta directamente en el comercio local, en la industria y en la capacidad de seguir avanzando con las peque\u00f1as empresas locales, el Cuerpo de Ediles consider\u00f3 necesario contar con una pol\u00edtica de Estado que contemple esas situaciones.
\nCon ese fin, el Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce, autoriz\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a realizar descuentos de hasta el 50% (cincuenta por ciento) en todas las tasas Municipales a las Empresas y\/o comercios que desarrollen sus actividades en cualquier lugar del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce y que cuenten con 3 (tres) personas como m\u00ednimo dentro de su planta de personal permanente con una residencia m\u00ednima de dos a\u00f1os.
\nLa ordenanza establece que los descuentos especiales se aplicar\u00e1n a todas las Empresas que presenten ante en la Oficina de Rentas Municipal, con car\u00e1cter de Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada y en el marco de la legislaci\u00f3n laboral vigente, la n\u00f3mina de personal con dos a\u00f1os de residencia m\u00ednima y comprobable en Malarg\u00fce mediante certificado de residencia.
\nLa pieza legal ademas faculta al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a reglamentar la ordenanza aprobada.<\/p>\n
