De acuerdo a trascendidos la empresa Direc TV no cuenta en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce con oficina de atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico, por lo tanto todos los reclamos inherentes a temas administrativos con dicha empresa se deben realizar en forma telef\u00f3nica a un n\u00famero de la ciudad de Mendoza.<\/p>\n

La empresa anteriormente citada, cuenta solamente con el servicio de instalaci\u00f3n de antenas y mantenimiento t\u00e9cnico para dar respuesta a los posibles desperfectos. Si bien la empresa cuenta con una p\u00e1gina web, en la que se puede dar soluci\u00f3n a requerimientos por parte del cliente, no toda la poblaci\u00f3n tiene acceso a la misma.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ocurren normalmente que las empresas cuando brindan el servicio en forma inmediata, est\u00e1n en contacto directo con el beneficiario. Situaci\u00f3n que es totalmente inversa cuando los usuarios quieren dar de baja al servicio, ya que pr\u00e1cticamente es imposible localizarlos a trav\u00e9s de los tel\u00e9fonos de la misma.<\/em><\/p>\n

Por todo ello el Cuerpo Deliberativo en uso de sus facultades y mediante la Pieza Legal aprobada, iniciativa del Concejal Rodolfo Cabeza, del Bloque Justicialista Frente para la Victoria, solicit\u00f3 al Sr. Intendente Municipal que a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Defensa al Consumidor se realicen gestiones tendientes a lograr que la empresa Direc TV agilice la atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico en Malarg\u00fce.<\/em><\/p>\n
