arcilla extra\u00edda de Ca\u00f1ada Colorada;\u00a0 proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n que tomara estado parlamentario el dia 25 de abril\u00a0 del corriente, autor\u00eda del Concejal Rodofo Cabeza.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo \u00a0en cuenta que el d\u00eda seis de abril del 2018 el Honorable Concejo Deliberante, toma conocimiento del convenio suscripto por Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal con la Empresa DYCASA S.A., GREEN S.A, PERALES AGUILAR S.A.U.T.E, para la venta de arcilla que se utilizara para consolidaci\u00f3n de banquinas en el tramo Ruta Nacional 40, y considerando que desde el Cuerpo Deliberativo \u00a0se requiri\u00f3 al Sr. Intendente Municipal informara sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/2018\/12\/07\/extraccion-de-arcilla-en-cantera-canada-colorada-el-hcd-realizo-un-pedido-de-informe-sobre-impacto-ambiental\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">evaluaci\u00f3n de impacto ambiental y el impacto ocasionado por la empresa encargada de la extracci\u00f3n de arcilla<\/a> y que se puede apreciar a simple vista que no se cumpli\u00f3 con lo estipulado en el contrato, con la forma en que deber\u00eda adoptarse, para la extracci\u00f3n de arcilla, los Concejales aprobaron la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 \u00a0286\/2.019<\/p>\n<p>Mediante el texto aprobado los Concejales requirieron al Sr. Intendente Municipal, informe sobre cu\u00e1ntos m3 de arcilla se extrajeron de Ca\u00f1ada Colorada y que fueron utilizados en la consolidaci\u00f3n de banquina de Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 40.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal deber\u00e1 remitir al Honorable Concejo Deliberante, constancias del ingreso a
