{"id":18072,"date":"2019-10-15T09:15:07","date_gmt":"2019-10-15T12:15:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=18072"},"modified":"2019-10-15T09:17:10","modified_gmt":"2019-10-15T12:17:10","slug":"solicitar-a-la-comision-de-regulacion-de-las-comunicaciones-audite-movistar-en-malargue-por-funcionamiento-deficiente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=18072","title":{"rendered":"SOLICITAR A LA COMISI\u00d3N DE REGULACI\u00d3N DE LAS COMUNICACIONES, AUDITE MOVISTAR EN MALARG\u00dcE, POR FUNCIONAMIENTO DEFICIENTE."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s de la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 417\/2.019, los Concejales solicitaron a la Comisi\u00f3n de Regulaci\u00f3n de las Comunicaciones, en un todo de acuerdo a la Ley 142\/94 y concordantes, su urgente intervenci\u00f3n en el servicio telef\u00f3nico que brinda en Malarg\u00fce la empresa de telefon\u00eda celular MOVISTAR, debido a los numerosos, prolongados e inexplicables cortes del servicio telef\u00f3nico en la totalidad del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, solicitaron a la Direcci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Consumidor; actuar dentro de los alcances previstos en la Ley N\u00ba 24.240; N\u00ba 26.994; y Ley N\u00ba 27.077, audite, sancione y demande de ser necesario a la empresa de telefon\u00eda celular MOVISTAR, con motivo de las permanentes e inexplicables interrupciones totales del servicio telef\u00f3nico que dicha empresa presta en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.
