La realidad clim\u00e1tica invernal que vive el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce como zona patag\u00f3nica, especialmente rigurosa. Ante sus baj\u00edsimas temperaturas ambiente; que en reiteradas ocasiones en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os transformo a nuestra ciudad como el lugar m\u00e1s fr\u00edo del pa\u00eds. Ese hecho deriva en un elevado consumo de energ\u00eda para producir calefacci\u00f3n domiciliaria; sea el\u00e9ctrica o de gas. Lo que determina en reglas generales, facturaciones de muy dif\u00edcil cancelaci\u00f3n para una poblaci\u00f3n como la nuestra.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Cuerpo de Ediles, mediante un proyecto del Concejal Juan Manuel Ojeda<\/a>, solicit\u00f3 la eliminaci\u00f3n del Impuesto al Valor Agregado, (I.V.A.) en los servicios de luz y gas para el Departamento, este pedido resulta de leg\u00edtima justicia por los propios argumentos ya esgrimidos. Como tambi\u00e9n puede considerarse como de Resarcimiento Hist\u00f3rico, ya que siendo Malarg\u00fce viejo productor de hidrocarburos y minerales al pa\u00eds y al mundo, desde hace m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os, jam\u00e1s recibi\u00f3 una compensaci\u00f3n por el impacto ambiental y el consecuente deterioro sufrido por nuestros campos, fauna y flora a causa de las tareas exploratorias y extractoras que conllevan potenciales efectos medioambientales de tipo colateral.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
