{"id":18201,"date":"2019-10-21T10:56:48","date_gmt":"2019-10-21T13:56:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=18201"},"modified":"2019-10-21T10:58:10","modified_gmt":"2019-10-21T13:58:10","slug":"modificacion-ordenanza-n-1-995-2-019-presupuesto-ano-2-019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=18201","title":{"rendered":"MODIFICACI\u00d3N ORDENANZA N\u00b0 1.995\/2.019 PRESUPUESTO A\u00d1O 2.019."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Concejales del Departamento modificaron el Art\u00edculo 4\u00ba de la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1.995\/2.019, Presupuesto a\u00f1o 2.019, no dando aprobaci\u00f3n a la Planta de Personal del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, conforme a lo estipulado por la Ley N\u00ba 5.892 Art. 2\u00ba, del Escalaf\u00f3n Municipal y Ley N\u00ba 5.126 en concordancia con el Decreto Ley N\u00ba 560 del 73 Art. 2\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante el articulo 2 de la pieza legal aprobada el pasado 10 de octubre, establecieron que en los \u00edtems por re caracterizaci\u00f3n, insalubridad, mayor dedicaci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s beneficios, se deber\u00e1 actuar conforme a normas administrativas contables y jur\u00eddicas en vigencia.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto aprobado\u00a0 pertenece al Concejal Rodolfo A.
