Mediante Ordenanza municipal el Concejo Deliberante derog\u00f3 en su totalidad la Ordenanza N\u00b0 1.916\/2.017 -Regulaci\u00f3n del espacio a\u00e9reo en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce<\/a>-, e inst\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a realizar los Convenios correspondientes con EDEMSA y\/u otras Empresas por compulsa procesamiento, facturaci\u00f3n y recaudaci\u00f3n del cargo, etc, del alumbrado p\u00fablico, por el cual se cobre una tasa que contenga en su composici\u00f3n, los \u00edtems de posible cobro.<\/p>\n

La derogaci\u00f3n aprobada fue solicitada, en mayo de este a\u00f1o,\u00a0 por Asesor\u00eda Letrada de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n
