Considerando la informaci\u00f3n presentada por los integrantes y socios del Club Deportivo Municipal, donde solicitan a la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva del Club cumpla con sus obligaciones y brinde la informaci\u00f3n suficiente en cuanto a balances y rendiciones de cuentas, nomina actualizada de socios, asambleas peri\u00f3dicas para poder tratar los puntos mencionados por la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva seg\u00fan lo establece el estatuto en su Resoluci\u00f3n D.P.J. 2.300\/15 Provincia de Mendoza, el Honorable Concejo deliberante aprob\u00f3 la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 515\/2.019<\/p>\n

Mediante el texto aprobado el Cuerpo de Concejales no solo solicit\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que desde la Oficina de Personer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica o desde el \u00c1rea que corresponda, se informe sobre el estado actual del Club Municipal, balances y rendiciones de cuentas del mismo y la n\u00f3mina de socios; sino adem\u00e1s solicit\u00f3 su intervenci\u00f3n solicitando a las autoridades de la comisi\u00f3n del Club Municipal, que den respuesta al pedido realizado por los socios, para su eficiente funcionamiento (balances, rendiciones de cuentas adem\u00e1s de la n\u00f3mina de socios).<\/p>\n

El proyecto, aprobado el pasado 21 de noviembre,\u00a0 pertenece a la\u00a0 Concejal Paola Jofr\u00e9 del Bloque Somos Mendoza.<\/p>\n
