{"id":19090,"date":"2019-12-05T15:55:53","date_gmt":"2019-12-05T18:55:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=19090"},"modified":"2019-12-05T16:08:59","modified_gmt":"2019-12-05T19:08:59","slug":"el-concejo-deliberante-reitera-pedido-ante-excesivo-incremento-en-cargo-de-alumbrado-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=19090","title":{"rendered":"EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE REITERA PEDIDO ANTE EXCESIVO INCREMENTO EN CARGO DE ALUMBRADO P\u00daBLICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ante los planteos realizados por los vecinos del Departamento, en virtud del excesivo incremento en el cargo por alumbrado p\u00fablico y de acuerdo a lo expresado en la Reuni\u00f3n Parlamentaria llevada a cabo el dia 05 de diciembre de 2.019., donde se consensu\u00f3 que corresponde al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal establecer los cargos por alumbrado p\u00fablico, ello en virtud de lo establecido en el Art\u00edculo 21\u00b0 de la Ley 9.122,<br \/>\nel Presidente del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce en uso de las facultades que le son propias, aprob\u00f3 la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 111\/2.019.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante el texto firmado por el Presidente Fernando Glatigny, se reitera lo expresado en Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 095\/2.019, en un todo de acuerdo a lo normado en el Art\u00edculo 2\u00b0 de la Ley 9.122 y de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 1.991\/2.019, deber\u00e1 proceder a determinar el monto fijado por el cargo \u201cServicio de Alumbrado P\u00fablico\u201d, ello de manera URGENTE.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s y a los fines de establecer los cargos determinados en el Art\u00edculo 1 de la pieza legal, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante sugiere que se tomen en cuenta los cargos existentes facturados anteriores a junio de 2.019.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente solicita al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal realice gestiones ante las Autoridades Provinciales para que el alumbrado p\u00fablico del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce sea subsidiado por el Gobierno Provincial e informe los montos recibidos por la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce desde el Gobierno Provincial en concepto de alumbrado p\u00fablico y de la deuda con EDEMSA a diciembre de 2.015 y desde enero de 2.016 a la fecha.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda -Prensa HCD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ante los planteos realizados por los vecinos del Departamento, en virtud del excesivo incremento en el cargo por alumbrado p\u00fablico y de acuerdo a lo expresado en la Reuni\u00f3n Parlamentaria llevada a cabo el dia 05 de diciembre de 2.019., donde se consensu\u00f3 que corresponde al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal establecer los cargos por alumbrado p\u00fablico, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":16756,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[52,33],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-19090","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-gacetillas","category-prensa"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.10 -
