{"id":19132,"date":"2019-12-09T11:38:16","date_gmt":"2019-12-09T14:38:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=19132"},"modified":"2019-12-09T11:38:16","modified_gmt":"2019-12-09T14:38:16","slug":"crease-un-consejo-que-unifique-criterios-en-la-evaluacion-y-aprobacion-de-emprendimientos-caracterizados-como-turismo-rural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=19132","title":{"rendered":"CR\u00c9ASE UN CONSEJO QUE UNIFIQUE CRITERIOS EN LA  EVALUACI\u00d3N Y APROBACI\u00d3N DE EMPRENDIMIENTOS CARACTERIZADOS COMO TURISMO RURAL."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Teniendo en cuenta la Resoluci\u00f3n N \u00ba 208 y la Ley 5.349\/89 y su Decreto Reglamentario 3.220\/90, donde se crea la Subsecretar\u00eda de Turismo y se le concede la potestad de promover nuevos productos tur\u00edsticos (como el Turismo Rural), el Cuerpo de Concejales aprob\u00f3 ORDENANZA N\u00b0 2.023\/2.019.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la pieza legal aprobada el pasado 21 de noviembre, se ordena la creaci\u00f3n del Consejo en el \u00e1mbito de la Direcci\u00f3n de Turismo con referentes de las distintas \u00e1reas intervinientes Municipales en la habilitaci\u00f3n comercial como de infraestructura (Bromatolog\u00eda, Obras Privadas, Rentas, Cultura, (CRIDC) y Direcci\u00f3n de Ambiente) y referentes del sector privado y de organizaciones sociales y\/o comunitarias, para generar una reglamentaci\u00f3n exclusiva que unifique criterios para la futura evaluaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de los emprendimientos caracterizados en esta Ordenanza como Turismo Rural.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s mediante el art\u00edculo 2 del texto aprobado, el Concejo Deliberante orden\u00f3 que se eval\u00fae en conjunto con el \u00c1rea de Obras Privadas, respecto a la infraestructura de los lugares, que sea adecuada al lugar, y genere el menor impacto visual posible y al medio ambiente, respetando los materiales de construcciones tradicionales y naturales del lugar, como el uso de adobes, barro y revestimiento de piedras, maderas o materiales que permitan preservar el \u201cPatrimonio Cultural\u201d, el paisaje natural (valorado por el puestero).<\/p>\n<p>El Departamento Ejecutivo deber\u00e1 en primer lugar determinar el Reglamento para emprendimientos de Turismo Rural y . los requisitos m\u00ednimos a cumplir en el caso de que se realicen actividades relacionadas a la gastronom\u00eda en el puesto o en el espacio natural (lugar destinado en la zona rural donde se desarrollar\u00e1 el proyecto presentado), ; en segundo lugar el Ejecutivo municipal deber\u00e1 adem\u00e1s establecer las condiciones netamente administrativas, respecto a la habilitaci\u00f3n comercial del emprendimiento y crear el Registro Municipal de Prestadores de Turismo Rural, en el cual deber\u00e1n inscribirse aquellos emprendedores que cumplan con los requisitos que se establecen en la Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto aprobado\u00a0 pertenece a la Concejal Paola Jofr\u00e9 del Bloque Somos Mendoza<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda- Prensa HCD<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>PDF Pieza Legal \u2013 ORDENANZA N\u00b0 2.023\/2.019.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%202023%202019%20Craase%20un%20Consejo%20%20de%20emprendimientos%20de%20Turismo%20Rural.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"no-display appear wp-image-7950 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 78px) 100vw, 78px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" alt=\"\" width=\"78\" height=\"78\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teniendo en cuenta la Resoluci\u00f3n N \u00ba 208 y la Ley 5.349\/89 y su Decreto Reglamentario 3.220\/90, donde se crea la Subsecretar\u00eda de Turismo y se le concede la potestad de promover nuevos productos tur\u00edsticos (como el Turismo Rural), el Cuerpo de Concejales aprob\u00f3 ORDENANZA N\u00b0 2.023\/2.019.
