La mism<\/p>\n<p>a se realizar\u00e1 de forma virtual mediante la plataforma Zoom y en cuanto se detalla en la Resoluci\u00f3n de presidencia N\u00b0029\/2020.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/Resol.029-22020.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"76\" height=\"76\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 76px) 100vw, 76px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Visto: <\/strong>Lo dispuesto en el Art. 48 del Reglamento Interno del Honorable Concejo<\/p>\n<p>Y,<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO: <\/strong>Que este honorable cuerpo bajo Res. N\u00b0 026\/27 y 28\/2020 y sus<\/p>\n<p>prorrogas \u201cestablecen el estado de sesi\u00f3n permanente a partir de la fecha 19 de<\/p>\n<p>Marzo\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Que el Presidente podr\u00e1 citar a Sesiones ordinarias, extraordinarias o especiales,<\/p>\n<p>cuando alg\u00fan asunto urgente lo exija, estipulado en el Art. 63, Inc. B del Reglamento<\/p>\n<p>Interno y se proceder\u00e1 de acuerdo al Art. 15 de dicho reglamento.<\/p>\n<p>Que acorde al Art. 48 del Reglamento Interno del Honorable Concejo Deliberante los<\/p>\n<p>concejales no constituir\u00e1n Concejo fuera de la sala de sesiones, salvo en casos de<\/p>\n<p>fuerza mayor.<\/p>\n<p>Que estamos frente a un caso de fuerza mayor dada la declaraci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Mundial de la Salud (Pandemia) ante el virus, \u00a0resulta de imperiosa necesidad<\/p>\n<p>propender el aislamiento social a modo de contenci\u00f3n a fin de evitar la propagaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>de tan temido virus (COVID-19)<\/p>\n<p>Que desde presidencia y en concordancia con todos los bloques que integran el<\/p>\n<p>cuerpo deliberativo consideramos que es vital, y necesario continuar y adoptar<\/p>\n<p>nuevas medidas para dar cumplimiento al aislamiento social, con medidas sanitarias<\/p>\n<p>adaptadas para el funcionamiento de los cuerpos deliberativos tanto a nivel nacional<\/p>\n<p>provincial como municipal con el uso de sistemas inform\u00e1ticos o plataformas en l\u00ednea<\/p>\n<p>para llevar a cabo las sesiones correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>EL\u00a0 \u00a0PRESIDENTE\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0DEL \u00a0\u00a0HONORABLE\u00a0 \u00a0CONCEJO\u00a0 \u00a0DELIBERANTE\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0DE LA\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON <\/strong><strong>PROPIAS <\/strong><strong>RESUELVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICULO 1\u00b0:<\/strong> Las sesiones convocadas podr\u00e1n ser de forma presencial, mixta, o a trav\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>de plataformas en l\u00ednea, previo acuerdo con los presidentes de los<\/p>\n<p>respectivos bloques que integran este honorable cuerpo, durante el t\u00e9rmino<\/p>\n<p>que dure la excepci\u00f3n de fuerza mayor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: <\/strong>El trabajo de comisiones ser\u00e1 en las mismas condiciones mencionadas en<\/p>\n<p>el art. 1\u00ba, previo acuerdo con los integrantes de las comisiones, durante el<\/p>\n<p>t\u00e9rmino que dure la excepci\u00f3n de fuerza mayor, a solo efecto de dar<\/p>\n<p>tratamiento a asuntos urgentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICULO 3\u00ba:<\/strong> Se citar\u00e1 a los\/as concejales a sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, extraordinaria y especial;<\/p>\n<p>mediante plataforma en l\u00ednea ZOOM (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zoom.us\">www.zoom.us<\/a>), en funci\u00f3n de que<\/p>\n<p>las medidas sanitarias as\u00ed lo requieran af\u00edn de dar tratamiento a temas<\/p>\n<p>cuando alg\u00fan asunto urgente lo exija.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0: <\/strong>Dada la imposibilidad de notificar personalmente en los Bloques<\/p>\n<p>Partidarios, rem\u00edtase copia de la presente pieza legal como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n,<\/p>\n<p>cualquier otra pieza legal, ordenes del d\u00eda, y dem\u00e1s documentos relevantes<\/p>\n<p>a los respectivos correos electr\u00f3nicos y celulares personales de los\/as<\/p>\n<p>concejales del este Honorable Cuerpo Deliberativo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICULO 5\u00b0:<\/strong> Las notificaciones correspondientes a las sesiones cita, ser\u00e1n fundadas bajo<\/p>\n<p>el articulo 15 y 63 del Reglamento Interno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICULO 6\u00ba: <\/strong>\u00a0Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>Presidencia HCD\u00a0 14 DE ABRIL DE 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El viernes 17 a las 10:00hrs se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la Sesion Ordinaria convocada para el 19 de marzo.
