Bloque Justicialista Frente Para La Victoria. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Atender Situaciones de repudio, hostigamiento, maltrato y persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica a personal municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Que trabajadores de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce han sufrido hostigamiento, amenazas, mal trato, traslados y despidos.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que persecuci\u00f3n es el conjunto de acciones represivas o maltrato persistente, realizadas por un individuo o m\u00e1s com\u00fanmente un grupo especifico, sobre otro grupo o individuo, del cual se diferencia por la manera de pensar o por determinadas caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas, religiosas, culturales, pol\u00edticas, \u00e9tnicas u otras.<\/p>\n<p>Que la persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica destroza la organizaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica para reemplazarla por el miedo como mecanismo de control social y no afecta solamente al perseguido, sino tambi\u00e9n afecta a todo su entorno familiar y es un problema de toda la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Que la persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica solo se evita con la vigencia de los elementos esenciales de la democracia, la divisi\u00f3n e independencia de poderes, el Estado de Derecho, el respeto a los derechos humanos y las libertades fundamentales.<\/p>\n<p>Que desde Asociaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores del Estado denunciaron que el inicio de a\u00f1o es sin dudas un ciclo de profundizaci\u00f3n en el ajuste, despidos y violencia sobre los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Que apenas iniciado el segundo mes, se conocieron los primeros despidos en la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y que las cesant\u00edas son numerosas, todo esto en un contexto de amenazas, amedrentamientos y persecuci\u00f3n partidaria.<\/p>\n<p>Que este clima persecutorio y de despidos, se da a nivel local en un contexto de desamparo a los derechos de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Que sin dudas esta metodolog\u00eda siniestra y artera sigue manifest\u00e1ndose desde el Ejecutivo, en la persecuci\u00f3n de servidores p\u00fablicos municipales, como el de Juli\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez, traslados por cuestiones pol\u00edticas pasadas de Javier Barrera, el traslado por id\u00e9ntica circunstancias a espacios verdes.<\/p>\n<p>Que esto no solo se manifiesta a nivel municipal y gubernamental, sino que la persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica ha sido realizada por integrantes del Movimiento Popular Malarg\u00fcino, por cuestiones pasadas, cuyas constancias y presentaci\u00f3n en nota y decreto est\u00e1 en el Ejecutivo Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Atender situaciones de repudio, hostigamiento, maltrato y persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica al personal municipal.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Convocar en los casos antes mencionados a las partes afectadas.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Remitir copia de la presente pieza a la Asociaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores del Estado Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
