Proyecto de Ordenanza: \u201c70 a\u00f1os de la Segunda Fundaci\u00f3n del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que en el a\u00f1o\u00a01876, el General\u00a0Julio Argentino Roca\u00a0quien fuera el Jefe de Fronteras, ordenar\u00eda al Teniente Coronel\u00a0Luis Tejedor\u00a0construir a los 25 km al norte del\u00a0\u00abFort\u00edn de Malalhue\u00bb el\u00a0&#8220;Fuerte General San Mart\u00edn&#8221;\u00a0en el paraje El Alamito que se ubicaba al sur del\u00a0R\u00edo Atuel, cercano a las juntas con el R\u00edo Salado Mendocino.<\/p>\n<p>Que\u00a0 diez a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, el\u00a016 de enero\u00a0de\u00a01886, se fundar\u00eda por decreto la \u00abVilla de Malarg\u00fce\u00bb \u2014sobre la base del fuerte antes citado m\u00e1s conocido como &#8220;Fort\u00edn El Alamito&#8221;\u2014 nombre que fue cambiado en virtud de otro decreto del 17 de mayo de\u00a01887\u00a0por el de &#8220;Villa Coronel Beltr\u00e1n&#8221;, al igual que el del departamento, en homenaje al sacerdote que fuera Jefe de la Maestranza del\u00a0Ej\u00e9rcito de los Andes\u00a0del General\u00a0Jos\u00e9 de San Mart\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Que el 16 de noviembre de\u00a01950, por Ley Provincial N\u00b0 1.937 y ejerciendo el gobierno de Mendoza\u00a0Blas Br\u00edsoli y con el nombre original, la localidad resurgi\u00f3 como cabecera de la administraci\u00f3n del territorio departamental (tambi\u00e9n recuperado al escindirse nuevamente del Departamento San Rafael, al que le dar\u00edan nueva denominaci\u00f3n: &#8220;General Per\u00f3n&#8221;; Cinco a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, luego del ascenso de la\u00a0Revoluci\u00f3n Libertadora, dicho departamento tambi\u00e9n resurgir\u00eda con\u00a0 su nombre original de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que, por lo expuesto precedentemente es importante hacer menci\u00f3n en la papeler\u00eda oficial con la insignia<strong> \u201c70 a\u00f1os de la segunda fundaci\u00f3n del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 valorar el trabajo y esfuerzo de tantos Malarg\u00fcinos e inmigrantes\u00a0 que han hecho a lo largo de tantos a\u00f1os de\u00a0 nuestro departamento una tierra pujante y de sostenido crecimiento que ha marcado una\u00a0 historia fuerte en el sur de la\u00a0 Provincia de Mendoza.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Instit\u00fayase durante el a\u00f1o 2020, en toda la papeler\u00eda oficial de este Honorable Concejo Deliberante y del Departamento Ejecutivo en un pie de p\u00e1gina con la insignia \u201c70 a\u00f1os de la Segunda Fundaci\u00f3n del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00ba: Rem\u00edtase copia de la presente pieza legal a los Representantes de Malarg\u00fce en la C\u00e1mara de Senadores de la Provincia de Mendoza.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00ba: Dif\u00fandase a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea de Prensa del Honorable Concejo Deliberante la presente pieza legal y haci\u00e9ndola llegar a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, escritos, radiales y digitales del Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 5\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
