Bloque Alianza Eleg\u00ed\u00a0\u00a0 Mendoza F.P.y.S. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitud de Destacamento Policial para la zona sur urbanizada de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce ha crecido aceleradamente, necesitando de un control territorial para darle orden y seguridad a los vecinos, de las distintas zonas.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO:\u00a0 Que la poblaci\u00f3n ha ido en crecimiento en esta \u00faltima d\u00e9cada\u00a0 motivo por el cual los vecinos viven, cada vez m\u00e1s lejos del radio c\u00e9ntrico.<\/p>\n<p>Que uno de los derechos del ciudadano es acceder a la seguridad brindada por la Provincia y que la misma sea de calidad y efectiva, trayendo tranquilidad para la convivencia y el desarrollo social y econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p>Que es un pedido constante de los vecinos, v\u00edctimas de la inseguridad de la zona sur.<\/p>\n<p>Que la instalaci\u00f3n de un destacamento policial incrementara el personal afectado a dicha instituci\u00f3n, beneficiando as\u00ed a la poblaci\u00f3n que reclama a diario m\u00e1s presencia de efectivos en el lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Que la zona sur urbanizada del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce ha crecido considerablemente en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, sum\u00e1ndose zonas rurales que aportan al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, educativo y social a nuestra sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Que la cantidad de barrios en la zona sur son un n\u00famero importante: Colonia Pehuenche 1 y 2; Colonia Emprendedora; Colonia H\u00edpica; Barrio 60 Aniversarios; Barrio Nueva Esperanza; Barrio Virgen del Carmen; Barrio Procrear; Acceso al Dique Blas Brisoli; Ruta 40 sur; Barrio Grassi y el futuro Parque Industrial.<\/p>\n<p>Que la inseguridad se ha incrementado considerablemente en nuestra sociedad, con problem\u00e1ticas de variadas \u00edndole.<\/p>\n<p>Que esta zona se encuentra muy alejada de la Seccional 24\u00ba\u00a0 de la Polic\u00eda de Mendoza, por tanto, la demora en caso de emergencias se incrementa y no es de total efectividad.<\/p>\n<p>Que en la zona denominada Colonia Pehuenche I, el municipio posee un inmueble destinado a actividades de control del pozo que provee de agua a dichas zonas y que dicho inmueble posee suficiente espacio para albergar y\/o compartir actividades con otra entidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que ese inmueble podr\u00eda ser dispuesto y\/u ofrecido para tal fin; por el Departamento Ejecutivo\u00a0 Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, realice todas las gestiones ante el Gobierno de la Provincia de Mendoza para que incorpore en el Presupuesto 2.021, la construcci\u00f3n de un Destacamento Policial en la zona sur urbanizada del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal al Ministerio de Seguridad de la Provincia de Mendoza y Legisladores Provinciales por Malarg\u00fce, para conocimiento y efectos pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
