Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar a los Legisladores de Mendoza la regularizaci\u00f3n del Sistema \u00danico Normalizado de Identificaci\u00f3n de talles de indumentaria Ley N\u00b0 27.521.<\/p>\n<p>La falta de talles est\u00e1ndar en prendas de indumentaria unisex en todas las tiendas de ropa de la Provincia estipuladas en la Ley N\u00b0 27.521, contemplados a partir de los 12 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que es importante brindar este tipo de herramientas u opciones a aquellas personas que usan talles especiales, generalmente confecciones en tablas de medidas corporales reales con motivo de que se sientan incluidos\/as dentro de la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Que las personas usuarias de este tipo de talles especiales en lo que a indumentaria respecta, viven una realidad completamente diferente al resto de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Que una encuesta realizada por una ONG (Anybody Argentina) revela que el 70% de las personas en Argentina se le dificulta dar con ropa a su medida, generando en cada uno de ellos un sentimiento de tristeza.<\/p>\n<p>Que este tipo de problem\u00e1tica social genera en las personas afectadas un deterioro de la salud f\u00edsica y mental por intentar lograr una perfecci\u00f3n f\u00edsica irreal, porque el cuerpo no encaja en la ropa deseada, lo que lleva a las personas a cuestionar su cuerpo o generar insatisfacci\u00f3n con su cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Que un estudio en escuelas secundarias revela que el 85% de los adolescentes no est\u00e1 conforme con su cuerpo. Muchas veces al no conseguir ropa de su talle, empiezan con dietas, restricciones alimentarias, actividad f\u00edsica intensa, que llevadas a un extremo pueden desencadenar trastornos alimentarios como bulimia y anorexia.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar a los Legisladores de Mendoza la Adhesi\u00f3n a la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 27.521 Regularizaci\u00f3n del Sistema \u00danico Normalizado de Identificaci\u00f3n de talles de indumentaria.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Aplicar el control y regularizaci\u00f3n en forma conjunta con la direcci\u00f3n de Industria y Comercio del Ministerio de Agroindustria y Tecnolog\u00eda de la Provincia de Mendoza, designado como autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 8.579 vigente.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal a la Honorable C\u00e1mara de Diputados y Senadores de la Provincia y Legisladores por el 4\u00b0 Distrito Electoral de Mendoza a fin de que tomen conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal a referente de la Direcci\u00f3n de Industria y Comercio dependiente del Ministerio de Agroindustria y Tecnolog\u00eda de la Provincia de Mendoza a fin de que tome las medidas necesarias para la implementaci\u00f3n de dicha solicitud.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
