Bloque Frente de Todos. Proyecto de Ordenanza: Imponer el nombre \u201cProf. Ra\u00fal Benito Rodr\u00edguez\u201d a la residencia deportiva de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que el Profesor Ra\u00fal Benito Rodr\u00edguez fue propulsor activo de la residencia deportiva de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el Profesor Ra\u00fal Benito Rodr\u00edguez fue un destacado docente y pol\u00edtico del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce, nacido en Malarg\u00fce el 17 de octubre de 1.953, realiz\u00f3 sus estudios Primarios en la Escuela Capit\u00e1n Jos\u00e9 Le\u00f3n Lemos y los secundarios en el Instituto Secundario Malarg\u00fce, para finalizar sus estudios terciarios egresando como Profesor Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Que entre sus funciones docentes como Profesor de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica trabaj\u00f3 en varias Escuelas Primarias de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce: Tte. Gral. Rufino Ortega, Capit\u00e1n Jos\u00e9 Le\u00f3n Lemos, Gendarme Argentino y en forma paralela en la Escuela Secundaria N\u00b0 1 \u2013 4018 T\u00e9cnica Industrial Minera Manuel Nicol\u00e1s Savio en la que lleg\u00f3 a ser su Director.<\/p>\n<p>Que ocupo diferentes cargos pol\u00edticos en la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce: fue Director de Deportes, Director de Acci\u00f3n Social y Deportes (1.995 \u2013 1.999) y Secretario de Desarrollo Humano (1.999 \u2013 2.003).<\/p>\n<p>Que ocupo cargos de elecci\u00f3n popular por el Partido Justicialista de Malarg\u00fce, Intendente Municipal de Malarg\u00fce (2.003 \u2013 2.007), Diputado Provincial de la Provincia de Mendoza (2.007 \u2013 2.011), Concejal de Malarg\u00fce (2.015 \u2013 2.019).<\/p>\n<p>Que en todo su accionar como docente y pol\u00edtico le dio vital importancia al desarrollo deportivo de ni\u00f1os, adolescentes, j\u00f3venes y adultos del Departamento como herramienta de salud preventiva, desarrollo personal y de equipo y de inclusi\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p>Que durante su gesti\u00f3n como Intendente Municipal, entre otras tantas acciones por el bien de los malarg\u00fcinos, concret\u00f3 el edificio destinado a Residencia Deportiva Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Que una manera de agradecer su dedicaci\u00f3n al bien com\u00fan y dejar en la memoria colectiva de todos los malarg\u00fcinos presentes y de generaciones futuras, es la imposici\u00f3n de su nombre al edificio municipal destinado a Residencia Deportiva.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Imp\u00f3ngase el nombre de \u201cProfesor Ra\u00fal Benito Rodr\u00edguez\u201d al edificio destinado a Residencia Deportiva de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Identif\u00edquese el edificio de la Residencia Deportiva con un cartel que respete las caracter\u00edsticas arquitect\u00f3nicas del edificio con el nombre de \u201cProfesor Ra\u00fal Benito Rodr\u00edguez\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Real\u00edcese por parte del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal un acto de imposici\u00f3n de nombre, invitando a esposa, familiares y amigos, haci\u00e9ndose entrega en tal oportunidad de una plaqueta recordatoria a su esposa Sra. Patricia Norton.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 4\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
