Proyecto de \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Resoluci\u00f3n: Adhesi\u00f3n a Ley Provincial N\u00b0 5.131 D\u00eda del Padre Mendocino.<\/p>\n<p>Que a trav\u00e9s de la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 5.131, se establece\u00a0 el 24 de agosto como \u00a0\u00a0 D\u00eda del Padre en Mendoza, en referencia al nacimiento de Mercedes Tomasa\u00a0 en \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1.816, hija de Jos\u00e9 de San Mart\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que dicha Ley\u00a0 hace\u00a0 referencia al nacimiento de\u00a0 Merceditas San \u00a0 Mart\u00edn, hija del General\u00a0 Don Jos\u00e9 Francisco\u00a0 de San Mart\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Que en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce, en el mes de agosto\u00a0 se est\u00e1\u00a0 celebrando el mes \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sanmartiniano.<\/p>\n<p>Que las m\u00e1ximas de Jos\u00e9 Francisco de San Mart\u00edn son de un valor\u00a0 moral\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 incalculable no solo para quien\u00a0 fuera\u00a0 su\u00a0 hija, sino para toda la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Que el amor a la Patria que el h\u00e9roe de Am\u00e9rica inculc\u00f3 en su hija es un legado\u00a0 invaluable para toda\u00a0 Am\u00e9rica y el\u00a0 mundo.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Adherir\u00a0 en todos sus t\u00e9rminos a la Ley Provincial\u00a0 N\u00b0 5.131, \u201cD\u00eda del Padre en Mendoza\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal\u00a0 incorpore a partir del \u00a0\u00a0 a\u00f1o 2.021, en el Programa \u201cMalarg\u00fce Tierra Sanmartiniana\u201d, el otorgamiento\u00a0 de la \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 menci\u00f3n \u201cPadre Sanmartiniano\u201d, a una persona de reconocida trayectoria\u00a0 en nuestro \u00a0 Departamento\u00a0 sobre la puesta en valor\u00a0 de la figura de Jos\u00e9 de San Mart\u00edn, su \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 vida, sus gestas patri\u00f3ticas, etc., debi\u00e9ndose\u00a0 hacer\u00a0 part\u00edcipe\u00a0 a Instituciones \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Educativas y Culturales de nuestro medio\u00a0 para la elecci\u00f3n de la persona\u00a0 merecedora de dicha menci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Hacer entrega durante el presente a\u00f1o, el reconocimiento\u00a0 en Sesi\u00f3n\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ordinaria, al Sr. Miguel Herrera, por su labor y trayectoria en car\u00e1cter\u00a0 de \u00a0 Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Sanmartiniana de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 4\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, la reglamentaci\u00f3n necesaria\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 a los fines de\u00a0 establecer las condiciones\u00a0 y procedimientos\u00a0 para llevarse a cabo a \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 partir\u00a0 del a\u00f1o 2.021 el concurso\u00a0 p\u00fablico de acuerdo\u00a0 al Art\u00edculo 2\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 5\u00b0: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal a Direcci\u00f3n de Cultura , Subdelegaci\u00f3n de Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas Malarg\u00fce y Asociaci\u00f3n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sanmartiniana\u00a0 de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 6\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las \u00a0 actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
