Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Banco Hipotecario Nacional y al Desarrollo Urban\u00edstico PRO.CRE.AR agilice proceso de adjudicaci\u00f3n y entrega de viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>Los actuales reclamos de vecinos de nuestro Departamento y el contenido de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 432\/2019 del Honorable Concejo Deliberante.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que a trav\u00e9s del Desarrollo Urban\u00edstico PRO.CRE.AR se construyeron trescientas ochenta viviendas, incluyendo ocho destinadas a personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que en la actualidad, doscientas treinta y seis viviendas unifamiliares, de las cuales tres est\u00e1n adaptadas para personas con discapacidad a\u00fan no han sido entregadas,<\/p>\n<p>Que las unidades habitacionales se encuentran deshabitadas y est\u00e1n expuestas al deterioro propio de esa condici\u00f3n, entre otros riesgos,<\/p>\n<p>Que los vecinos de nuestra ciudad enfrentan desde hace a\u00f1os la problem\u00e1tica de la emergencia habitacional,<\/p>\n<p>Que este Honorable Cuerpo comprende la necesidad, la urgencia y las posibilidades reales de muchas familias de acceder a la vivienda propia, y por tanto asume la responsabilidad de acompa\u00f1ar sus peticiones al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat, al Banco Hipotecario Nacional y al Desarrollo Urban\u00edstico PRO.CRE.AR; agilizar y flexibilizar, dentro de lo posible, el proceso de adjudicaci\u00f3n y entrega de viviendas ubicadas en el departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Solicitar al Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat, comunique al Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce, las instituciones intervinientes en el proceso de inscripci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n del Programa PROCREAR 2020.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Remitir copia de la presente pieza legal a: Sr. Gobernador de la Provincia de Mendoza, Rodolfo Su\u00e1rez, Sr. Intendente de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, Juan Manuel Ojeda, Sr. Gerente del Banco Hipotecario Nacional- Sucursal Mendoza, Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de PRO.CRE.AR, Sra. Ministra de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat, Mar\u00eda Eugenia Bielsa, Sra.
