Bloque Cambia Mendoza. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo la construcci\u00f3n de garitas\/refugios en los senderos utilizados para las pr\u00e1cticas deportivas.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de la construcci\u00f3n de garitas\/refugios para nuestros deportistas teniendo conocimiento que no existe nada, ni se\u00f1al de celular m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del Pequenco. por posible contingencia clim\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que como prueba piloto para otros futuros senderos se prioriza la zona de las Canteras, Matamala, Las Coloradas, Pequenco, Tiro Federal.<\/p>\n<p>Que es de suma importancia que dichos refugios sean utilizados de punto de encuentro y resguardo ante posibles contingencias clim\u00e1ticas o en caso de accidente.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario se tenga en cuenta una radio S.O.S, que conecte directamente con la Polic\u00eda y el Hospital siendo as\u00ed mucho m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, una posible evacuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Que se contempla contenga un botiqu\u00edn de primeros auxilios y agua.<\/p>\n<p>Que los senderos deben ser se\u00f1alizados con colores acordes que muestren el grado de dificultad que presentan.<\/p>\n<p>Que en las entradas a los circuitos debe existir un cartel o letrero donde muestre la cantidad de kil\u00f3metros que posee dicho sendero y su grado de dificultad.<\/p>\n<p>Que se tome en cuenta a los deportistas para colocar los nombres a los senderos ya que son ellos quienes transitan peri\u00f3dicamente el lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Que dichos senderos sean considerados como atractivos tur\u00edsticos y sean incorporados en los mapas tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS.<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea que corresponda, la construcci\u00f3n de garitas\/refugios en los senderos que se utilizan para realizar diferentes deportes tales como: mountain bike, trekking, moto, etc., y que podr\u00e1n ser utilizados como miradores tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Establecer que cada garita\/refugio, debe contener un botiqu\u00edn de primeros auxilios, una radio S.O.S y agua.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Ubicar carteles a la entrada de los senderos mostrando la cantidad de kil\u00f3metros y el grado de dificultad.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0: Establecer que los carteles deber\u00e1n ser confeccionados por el micro emprendimientos de la Incubadora (llamar a convocatoria entre artistas malarg\u00fcinos)<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00b0: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal a la Direcci\u00f3n de Deporte y Direcci\u00f3n de Turismo, para que tome conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 6\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
