Mar\u00eda Paz Zabalegui, Juez solicit\u00f3 la \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 n\u00f3mina de los tres Concejales de este\u00a0 Honorable Concejo Deliberante que \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 formar\u00e1n\u00a0 parte del \u201cJury de Tachas\u201d, ello a los efectos\u00a0 de proceder a su \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Que el Jury de Tachas debe\u00a0 constituirse\u00a0 del 01 al 10 de setiembre por lo que \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 existe\u00a0 urgencia en la conformaci\u00f3n\u00a0 del mismo, a fin de no contradecir\u00a0 la Ley N\u00b0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1.079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Constituir\u00a0 el \u201cJury de Tachas\u201d, por los Se\u00f1ores Concejales Dn. Andr\u00e9s \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Risi, Da. Luciana Villegas y Da. Silvia Correa.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Remitir copia de la presente Resoluci\u00f3n a la Dra. Mar\u00eda Paz Zabalegui, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Juez a los efectos legales correspondientes y notif\u00edquese a los integrantes del Jury, \u00a0 conformado \u00a0en el Art\u00edculo precedente.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de las actuaciones\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
