Proyecto de\u00a0 Resoluci\u00f3n: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s\u00a0 Departamental y Cultural el ciclo de Programas testimoniales Huellas Malarg\u00fcinas- Recuperaci\u00f3n y puesta\u00a0 en valor del Patrimonio Intangible.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto Huellas Malarg\u00fcinas, es un ciclo de programas testimoniales dependiente de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce que pretende\u00a0 mostrar\u00a0 las riquezas \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 de la\u00a0 cultura malarg\u00fcina y de su gente.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que se busca recuperar y mostrar\u00a0 los valores del Departamento \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 partiendo desde los\u00a0 ejes, historias, creencias, cantos, danzas representativas, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 expresiones, conocimientos\u00a0 y t\u00e9cnicas junto con los instrumentos, objetos y \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 espacios culturales que le son inherentes.<\/p>\n<p>Que las personas, grupos o comunidad se reconocen como parte del Patrimonio \u00a0 Cultural ya que\u00a0 su diversidad cultural es transmitida de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 cuidando as\u00ed\u00a0 su difusi\u00f3n y registros.<\/p>\n<p>Que en el mundo actual cada vez m\u00e1s dependiente y parad\u00f3jicamente , m\u00e1s\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 independiente, la sociedad enfrenta grandes desaf\u00edos. Muchos\u00a0 de los problemas \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 de\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 los hombres se relacionan con la p\u00e9rdida\u00a0 de valores, v\u00ednculo\u00a0 con su pasado, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 destrucci\u00f3n de su entorno natural y cultural.<\/p>\n<p>Que el ciclo de Programas\u00a0 Huellas Malarg\u00fcinas busca empezar\u00a0 a mostrar lo que\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Malarg\u00fce tiene, reconocer nuestra identidad diferenciando lo superficial, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 transitorio.<\/p>\n<p>Que podamos entender que todos somos protagonistas, responsables de nuestro\u00a0 pasado. Existen sobradas razones que justifican el\u00a0 esfuerzo para conservar y \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 valorar\u00a0 el Patrimonio Hist\u00f3rico-Cultural que nos pertenece sin importar\u00a0 si nuestro \u00a0\u00a0 accionar\u00a0 obedece a nuestros intereses econ\u00f3micos, culturales, ecol\u00f3gicos o \u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Que partiendo de un eje se\u00a0 pueden vincular el pasado y el presente, lo econ\u00f3mico \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 con lo espiritual, el v\u00ednculo del hombre con el espacio natural y sus distintas\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 alternativas para promover\u00a0 el disfrute.<\/p>\n<p>Que Malarg\u00fce y su gente guardan grandes riquezas naturales y testimonios \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 culturales, historias, an\u00e9cdotas, personajes, tradiciones y cotidianidad se conjugan \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 acompa\u00f1ados\u00a0 de los imponentes\u00a0 paisajes del sur mendocino.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0:Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental y Cultural el ciclo de Programas \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 testimoniales Huellas Malarg\u00fcinas, que busca recuperar y poner en valor el \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Patrimonio Intangible de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO\u00a0 2\u00b0:Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal a Direcci\u00f3n de Cultura y a la \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinaci\u00f3n de Promoci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n Patrimonial\u00a0 de la Municipalidad de\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0:Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las \u00a0\u00a0 actuaciones\u00a0 correspondientes\u00a0 y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
