Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar informe sobre terreno bald\u00edo, ubicado en calle Rodolfo Alonso entre calle Comandante Rodr\u00edguez y Coscoroba.<\/p>\n<p>Que los vecinos han elevado una nota solicitando informe sobre el terreno ubicado en las calles mencionadas ya que no ha habido mejoras en el lugar, por lo que consideran necesaria la construcci\u00f3n de un espacio verde o plaza.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que en virtud de aprovechar el terreno bald\u00edo y con el fin de mejorar \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 los aspectos de la comunidad se ha tratado de contactar a los propietarios Gubelco \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 SRL de este terreno la cual ha sido imposible.<\/p>\n<p>Que se hace necesario solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo el estado en el cual se \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 encuentra esa propiedad.<\/p>\n<p>Que los espacios verdes retienen polvos, producen ox\u00edgeno, regulan la \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 temperatura, filtran la radiaci\u00f3n, absorben contaminantes y amortiguan ruidos, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 produciendo un bienestar general.<\/p>\n<p>Que la zona alrededor de este terreno bald\u00edo ha crecido tanto que es necesario \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 crear un espacio p\u00fablico y que este espacio abierto sea transformado para los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS.<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo y al \u00c1rea de Catastro informe del estado de servicios del terreno bald\u00edo ubicado entre calles Rodolfo Alonso, Comandante Rodr\u00edguez y Coscoroba, para poder gestionar su donaci\u00f3n ya que se entiende por propietario a Gubelco SRL cuya empresa no tendr\u00eda existencia.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00ba: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal al \u00a0 \u00c1rea de Catastro de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce para que remita informaci\u00f3n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 del terreno mencionado en el Art. 1\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las \u00a0 actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
